WHAT DOES ABORTION HAVE TO DO WITH THE ECONOMY?

Rachel Maddow. If you want to understand the Liberal sides view you need to watch this woman. She is something else.

Rachel did raise an interesting question on her show Tuesday. She was complaining about how the Republicans got elected to fix the economy but instead they are wasting our time with pro-life legislation. What does this have to do with the economy?

Trying to stay on topic here but quickly, saying that statement the Republicans were elected to fix the economy is Rachel now admitting Obama is a disaster? And coming right back at Rachel wasn't the election of Obama having to do with hope & change, well what does homosexual's in the military or same sex marriage have to do with anything?

OK back on topic. Rachel said that many states are adopting policies of anti abortion legislation and one state even included in a clinics brochure to women that they would be killing a tiny baby. She thought that was so amusing.

So I will raise the question Rachel has, WHAT DOES ABORTION HAVE TO DO WITH THE ECONOMY? Really what does it have to do with the economy?

But instead of asking one of my pro-life friends I will quote from an article that I found in a newspaper while on Korean Air heading back home from the Philippines back in October. Unfortunately I don't remember the papers name as I jotted this info down on a napkin and forgot to write it.

It states:
South Korea plans to spend 70.2 BILLION in the next 5 years to boost its low birth rate. Large sums will be used to get people to have babies and deal with welfare issues caused by an aging population and also to maintain national growth.

While we are killing our young, South Korea is encouraging babies so eventually they can take care of the elderly instead of the government and also to maintain national growth. I think that's an economic issue. Does this make sense to you Rachel?

Dawn puts into different words what I have been feeling also. I hear less and less from people and friends. More complaining enough of the politics. Hardly any repsonses from my last few prayer requests I sent out. Where is everyone? Or have I overstayed my welcome in your inbox??

Dear Local Friends and Allies,

I first wish to remind you all how deeply I care for you and for your hearts and souls. You are in my prayers daily, and I know from your kind notes that you pray for me and my family as well.

Something is deeply troubling me and I wish to bring it to light.

I have noticed many of my friends have lost interest in discussing the many serious issues America faces these days.

Abortion is being abandoned by many, perceived as a lost cause.
Still not proven American citizen "President" Obama is not worth scrutinizing anymore.
America's financial ruin is imminent, yet few are talking about it.
Homosexually active people are creating new rights for themselves and demanding the voices of reason climb into the closets they themselves have exited, yet so many of my friends and allies are no longer talking about these serious problems.
Have we forgotten that God will not bless a nation which turns her back on Him and His laws?

I am noticing many people who were formerly passionate and involved in both prayer and culture-resistant activism are now retreating into daily game playing, meaningless survey participation and other completely engrossing yet distracting recreation.

Please do not misunderstand; I absolutely agree some recreation is good and in fact necessary in our lives. and I agree in the midst of deeply troubling times, we need a little humor and levity to keep our sanity and hopeful perspective. But what I believe I'm witnessing among many of my friends and allies is outright denial, a complete exit from healthy Christian activism and a plummet into fantasy world activities. Too many of my friends and acquaintances are quietly becoming incognito, or worse, conspicuously advertising their new addictions to silly activities on the Internet.

This worries me and I need to challenge it, right here and now.

If this is not you, then do not take offense.

But if it may be you, stop and consider.


Please get back to God. If you see yourself here in my concerns, please kneel right now and pray that God reveal His will for you. Don't wait another moment.

I will kneel for you, and for myself, as well, right now.

We must not give up on our wonderful country, or roll over submissively while our nation continues to decay and our children become the next generation of victims of its socially and morally plummeting culture.

Kate's concern - Catholic Hospitals may be in trouble

Friends,
I was talking to my sister about Obama's birth certificate and whether he is truly an American born citizen. Cynthia who is a nurse also discussed this with a friend and fellow worker. She forwarded to me an email from this friend to her about the birth certificate and FOCA. Never hearing of FOCA before I did some research on it. FOCA stands for Freedom of Choice Act, pro abortion legislation. It seems the liberal - Socialist -Democratic party can't come right out and outlaw your religion but what they can do is nibble on the edges by passing laws that make it hard to hold on to your beliefs or morals and limiting religion. We are on a dangerous precedent here. Limit religion or outlaw beliefs you are not staring at socialism but something far worse, communism. Below is a few links you need to read.

Aren't birth records a matter of public record??? If one could not obtain it from the city/state from which he claims to have born then has anyone asked the Mormans?-they do geaneology searches and they seem to come up with all that stuff. You will apprecitate this- Obama's FOCA came up with a friend and she told me it was a hoax. Laughable. I told her that for every "Catholic" who voted for Obama they may have voted us right out of our jobs. You see FOCA will not exempt Catholic Hospitals from doing abortions or having to pay for them-. There is separation of Church and State in everything else but we will be mandated.
Catholic Hospitals may be forced to close rather than be forced to participate in such atrocities unless they amend FOCA to exempt us.
