Ohio voters rights being squelched by Republicans. Ohio Republicans Vote to Rig 2014

Friends, these are various emails I received concerning Sb 193.  I wrote something about it and will forward to you once I hear from the News Herald who may print it.

This outrageous -- but with the easily rigged, secret computer counts, no 3rd party candidate will ever achieve 5% -- not in the published computer count.

 

I feel sure Robert Owen got 5% in 2010 -- but the published computer count did not show that.

 

On election day, no citizen is allowed to see or count any ballot after he or she slips their ballot into the ATM like machine that eats the ballot and insultingly flashes the screen: "Your ballot has been counted.' HA! HA! HA!

 

It is incredible that a small group of agents of the FED and Goldman-Sachs (and related international banks) can get away with these illegal, unconstitutional (violating two standing Supreme Court decisions forbidding secret counts) elections, and almost no one brings it up or objects. The Constitution Party national Platform has always had it right since 1992. Paper ballots, kept in public view all during the election day, counted by citizens from that precinct at closing time in full public view, with the results posted on the wall at the polling place before the ballots are taken from the neighborhood polling place to go downtown.

 

And then, each campaign, or a coalition of campaigns, should post the results in their area (such as a congressional district, or city) on a separate website to make sure the boys at county election headquarters, or state election headquarter, don't falsify the results. This was what was done to Pat Buchanan in the Iowa Caucus of 1996 (see "A House without Doors" linked on the home page at votefarud.org) and Ron Paul in 2012 in the Iowa Caucus. PS -- Except for 2010 -- I was unaware that there was a Constitution Party primary on the ballot at the spring primary. Was this true in 2012?

REPUBLICANS VOTE TO RIG 2014 ELECTIONS IN THEIR FAVOR WITH PASSAGE OF SB 193

AKRON, OH – Today, Tom Zawistowski, President of the Ohio Citizens PAC, accused the Ohio Republican “Party” of using the legislative process to gain personal political advantage in the 2014 elections. Zawistowski, expressed his outrage in saying “By not exempting current third parties from SB 193 until after next year’s elections, the Republican controlled legislature essentially admitted that they were only changing the rules at this time because they wanted to stop third parties from taking votes away from Governor Kasich and themselves in 2014. They wanted to rig the elections for their own personal benefit and they did. Even Auditor Dave Yost was pushing for the bill to avoid competition from conservatives. It’s that simple and it is that disgusting. They simply do not want competition because they would lose if they ever had to compete in a fair environment like the common citizen has to do at work every day. The citizens of Ohio clearly deserve much better representation. We are thankful that the Libertarian and Green parties are prepared to take this to federal court and we will do everything in our power to support their efforts. We will also pledge to work with them and other parties to make sure that the citizens of Ohio have ballot choices next year that are superior to this Governor and the legislators who voted for this self serving bill.”

All,
SB193 has passed both houses and is expected to be signed by Kasich tonight.  However, I cannot confirm that it passed the house, nor can I confirm who voted for it and what the final bill looked like.

I know that it passed the Senate 22-11 with only one Republican voting against it (Bacon 3rd district Franklin county) and all Democrats voting against it.

Once we get the actual bill we can make a formal announcement of our plans.  Nonetheless, I would encourage everyone to get this out and let their contacts know that our voices have been KILLED today and it was the Republicans that did it.  The Republicans essentially stifled all opposition at the ballot box today and we should be MAD.  We need to contact every talk show that we can and make statements that the Republicans are so afraid of losing power that they made it literally impossible for anyone but the Democrats and Republicans to maintain ballot access.

This cannot stand.

It needs to get out.

Don't blame Portman

Haven’t received a commentary from me in sometime.  Well here’s one.

Before you know it the next batch of elections will be here and everyone will be scrambling and yelping the sky is falling.  I hope before then the voters will get things right because they are as much or more so to blame then our politicians.  We put them in.

Take for instance Senator Portman.  You really can’t blame him for coming out in favor of same sex marriage.  The timing was right.  If a large percentage of so called Christian Conservative Right Wing Republicans voted for Mitt Romney who was known for his liberal leaning ways of accepting and furthering the homosexual agenda why wouldn’t a senator come out and say I am also in favor?  Romney blazed a trail, voters accepted it, Portman followed the path.  So can you really blame Portman?

I understand some getting confused and others being fooled after all the Christian voters guide had Mitts face on it for the presidential choice. But still this is not acceptable for the large number who voted for Mitt. People didn’t either do their homework or were so concerned of beating Obama at any cost they left their principles and beliefs out of the voting booth. 

What ever the reason people on the right are now starting to get overly concerned about the rapid progression the homosexual agenda is making.  They have their targets set on overturning the laws in Ohio protecting marriage and recently the Boy Scouts because of pressure have decided to allow homosexual boys in.

 Can you really blame the Boy Scouts for folding and giving up the fight?  Absolutely not.  I am sure they saw writing on the wall.  Again I have to repeat - If the majority of Republican voters voted for Mitt who was in favor of allowing people to participate in the Boy Scouts regardless of their sexual orientation where would the Scouts backing come from?  Definitely not from Republicans because their main goal is defeating Democrats not standing for what’s right. 

In conclusion don’t blame Portman, don’t blame the Boy Scouts, blame the voters.

Why the Republicans lost

 Some are still questioning why and how did Romney lose? I understand their frustration because how could anyone lose to Obama one of the most if not thee most divisive and controversial of all the presidents who is taking away our rights daily. Sure some are correct when they point out that the Republicans need to woo African American and Latino's. They are also correct saying we need to attract younger voters. But lack of support from these groups is only part of the reason why the Republicans lost the presidential race. The real reasons are never talked about. All of what I have heard so far is on the surface with no one touching the real in depth reasons why Romney lost.


 It seems to me the GOP is more worried about how to sell a bad product rather than improving the product. When you listen to the analysis its all about how to sell or improve the ads to get more people to vote for THEIR candidate. After all how many MILLIONS were spent on advertising? A lot of us have had enough of the mind games and want true leadership not prepackaged Madison Avenue creations, let the process work and let the people choose. If the establishment would bow out a leader would arise, one that has the people and America's best interest at heart.

Here is my list why the Republicans lost.

1. Coke or Pepsi
The biggest reason why the Republicans lost was the lack of contrast between Romney and Obama. Its pretty similar to Coke or Pepsi. One may be sweeter but both are still colas. And so it was with the two main candidates. The Republicans did not pick a candidate that differentiated enough. There may of been subtle differences but in the end it was a color option, do you want the white or black Obama. This is why Mitt never hit back hard enough against Obama, how could he, he was to similar. Many voters sat or voted third party for this reason.

2. Alienating fellow Republicans.
What was the GOP thinking for blackballing Ron Paul supporters? If there was ever a case where all hands on deck were needed this was it. You can not play games with 178 delegates and the people they represented then expect everyone to fall in line and vote for your candidate. The Republicans cut their own throat.

3. Lies.
People are tired of lies. A large percentage of voters are far to educated to be lied to. Putting Mitts face on the Christian voters guide was way over the top. It would have been better to tell the truth that Mitt is not a Christian and far more liberal on most issues than what Conservatives expect but he is better than Obama. If Mitt was portrayed in this light just maybe more Christians would of jumped on board. Forcing a prepackaged lie on people you will always get resistance.

4. Not staying true to its base.
The Republican have one true base, the Christian Conservatives, that's it. This group was largely ignored this election. Also most Republicans are independent thinking, self reliant, strong willed individuals who would rather rely on guns and the bible then vote for a liberal or a RINO that even hints at taking over their rights. The Democrats are different. They have many smaller targeted groups and somehow they all manage to fit in one tent, they are unified. The Dems know how to be faithful to their constituents. Dems promise something for everyone. Gays rights, unions, environmentalists they are all taken care of.

5. Piling on
How much more bad news about Obama does one need? Daily it was piling on to the point even when Obama was right he was wrong, this turned off a lot of voters. Others questioned if Obama is as bad as they say why would the Republicans come up with someone such as Mitt?

6. Buying
Mitt tried to buy the election and Obama bought votes. Romney had excelled at fund raising and tried to use it and his previous position as head of the Republicans Governors Association to buy the election. That's why so many governors backed him. Obama on the other hand bought individual votes by promising more government help. Obama was even credited with the Obama phone which Conservatives hated but lower income loved. The truth is Obama had nothing to do with the phone program but who ever started the rumor that gave him credit for it was brilliant. Vote buying won out over election buying.

7. Fear
A term I coined is “Fear Voters” which at one time I was one also. Both Obama and Mitts campaign were based almost exclusively on FEAR and negative rhetoric. A few of the things Conservatives were worried about were Obama's take over of everything and the collapse of our monetary system. For the Democrats some of their worries were no more government help, return to past days where woman were second class citizens, rich people would kill the middle class. A huge fear that gripped people on both sides was the loss of jobs and not finding work. Mitts record of mergers and buy outs and being a multimillionaire who couldn’t relate to the working class only fed this type of fear. In the end the fear voters in the Democratic party out numbered the ones in the Republican party. I myself like many others had enough of fear voting so voted third party anxiously awaiting 2016 for a true Republican to run.


In another article I will write about the damage this election has done to the GOP. It has divided the party and it could be facing real challenges to regain itself.
