Friday's Find and How to Silence the Tea Party

 Friends,
I met with the publisher yesterday.  He likes my style of writing and finds it
easy reading as if I am talking to him.  Preliminary feedback from him is good
so now on to the next step.  Stay tuned.

Neat Find
Later in the evening I went to the Strawberry Festival in Kirtland.  Like almost
all fests in America it had little to do with what it was heralded for –
strawberries.  I did check out all the merchant booths including the Kiawanis
rummage sale.  The proceeds benefit their organization.  I found a very
old treasure, something I will be digging through.  It is a set of law books
from 1807 to 1830 containing court cases.  One is signed by the Honorable James Cutting, I believe the date is 1876.  

 

I asked the gentleman in charge if he could hold the books for me because I was short.  He replied instead of doing that and coming back what if I lowered the price? How terrific!  

 

I already started reading them and found one case about landlords that excited me.  Stay tuned for that also.

How to silence the Tea Party
After buying the books I handed him my Constitution Party card.  He asked if I
was running for office, I replied I already have been elected as chairman and
continued on with the condition that America is in.  He stated I am a Republican
and just about everyone in my county is one.  I explained why I left the
Republicans and how they drifted to the left.  He then started to boast well I
am with the Tea Party and look what they did with Cantor?  I asked what county
he was from and the reply was Geauga.  I then rattled of facts about the Steve
LaTourette - Dave Joyce connection and the defeat of Matt Lynch and ended
with this question –  So how effective was the Tea Party in Geauga County?  The
reply was I see you are informed and he walked away in silence.

Added Thought
I also talked with him about the decline of the Kiwanis and the Jaycees.  I said
at one time every city and town had those organizations filled and active.  He
said yes he is worried because their enrollment is way down.  

 

As the government gets bigger and bigger these old organizations that people depended on will grow smaller and smaller because they will look to government handouts.  The government taxes more, takes your money, gives it to others and instead of people getting involved with local charities they wait.  Your thoughts?

Jim Condit on the dynamics of the race against Boehner:

Friends, this is kind of a hard read because Jim Condit threw it together to get it out quickly.

Jim is running in District 8 against Boehner. He talks about election fraud amongst other wrongs going on in our country.

I remember just one example we witnessed on TV about number tampering. 

It was in the Iowa primary where Santorum was up and the numbers were just about all in.  Suddenly the numbers reversed and Mitt declared the winner, good night.

Weeks later when the momentum was clearly behind Mitt they quietly reported Santorum won.  And lets not forget Ron Paul.  With all his support do you really think he polled that badly?  I don't.

Commentary on some of the dynamics of the race against Boehner: 

 

The draw here is not me, but there is a candidate who believes in the Constitution (i.e., Constitution Party) that is running against the "political villain" John Boehner. It is generally people's desires to "strike back" at a Obama, a Hillary, a McCain, a Boehner, that drives them into action, according to most fund raisers.

 

Missing from the website, but coming, is a request for volunteers to help organize their block, and or stand at the polls on Election Day. There are about 250 to 300 polling places in Ohio Congressional District 8. We would probably need 10,000 to 15,000 block organizers to generate 150,000 votes, which is about what it would take to win. This will take $$ -- and my video going up will be asking for 10,000 people across the nation to commit $10 per month from now until Nov 2016 so we can have the umph to reach tens of millions of people (with that kind of money) via radio ads, and to mobilize people here in Ohio AND across the nation.

 

I would rather somebody be doing this organizing a Presidential campaign, but I can do it from running a congressional campaign -- thanks to the internet. It is NOT ridiculous for me to run a congressional campaign where my radio ads bought in Cincinnati (WLW & WKRC) and also on major Dayton Talk Radio stations will reach the entire district, or a large part of the district with each radio ad.

 

The other problem is getting the votes COUNTED by the Butler County Board of Elections, and the other county BOEs -- all of whom have stepped aside and handed the entire counting process over to one of the four mega-corporations which count 96% of the vote in the USA, and their partners and protectors at National Election Pool (NEP) in New York City, owned by ABC, CBS, NBS, CNN, FOX, and AP Wire. In the Ohio Congressional 8th District, my votes will be counted 100% by one of these mysterious mega-corporations (Butler County uses ES & S (Election Systems & Software) out of Omaha, Nebraska.

 

After running at 20% or so all night as a Constitution Party candidate in 2010 against Boehner -- as shown on NBC, MSNBC, CBS, the ABC website, and local channels like Channel 5 in Cincinnati, I finished with 36,202 votes and in 2nd place behind Boehner -- when the FIRST final count was published at 12:30 AM EST on election night. 20 minutes later, the SECOND final count was posted -- stealing 33,000 votes from me, and giving them to the Democrat Coussoule (this was through no fault of his or John Boehner's) -- it was done by the boys in NYC at NEP. Since the reporters at the Cincinnati Enquirer wanted to go to press and go home, they took the FIRST final count at 12:30 AM and that's what appeared in the Cincinnati Enquirer the next morning, a copy of which I have, and which will be going up on the internet soon (that had me with 36,202 votes, not the 3,000 or so votes of the SECOND final count, after the boys in NYC did their dirty work).

 

I am glad to do a conference call with anyone interested on this all important subject -- for this "easily rigged computerized election" scam has been used since the 1970s to bring us where we are today in many, many key races. My race against Boehner may not be considered "key", even by members of our own Constitution Party. The reason they dropped me from 36,202 (2nd place) to 3,404 or so (last place) -- is to send the message to all challengers and all patriots: give up. It's hopeless. Your efforts are futile. No one likes you. ---- I'm sure that having Constitution Party after my name, in addition to my radio ads, was the reason I got 36,202 votes in 2010 against Boehner. Beyond those that recognized me from my radio ads (a minority, I think), I could have been Suzy Smith or Johnny Jones and still gotten the 36,202 votes because I had Constitution Party after my name -- and people felt comfortable casting a protest vote for a Constitution supporting candidate.

 

The solution is to get, say, 10,000 block leaders who educate their neighbors to request a mail in ballot, vote, take a copy of it, send the original to the BOE in their county, and send a NOTARIZED copy to my campaign, keeping a copy of the notarized document for themselves. And let the BOE know we are doing this. That is the ONLY to insure anything like a fair count under the black box "voting system" in place in 99% of the USA, not counting a small part of NH, where they still do it right, in a verifiable, transparent manner.

 

To verify what I have said above:

 

1. Go to votefraud.org and look at the link near the top of the home page which says something like: "Proof of Vote Manipulation in Condit-Boehner Race 2010". There you will see the screen shots from the actual websites throughout the night, including the FIRST final count with 100% of the precincts reporting, AND the SECOND final count, 20 minutes later.

 

2. Go here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/National_Election_Pool to see the naked admission that all the major TV networks and AP own NEP, which has sole control of ALL national and local big media websites on election night. This is why all the websites at all the different stations, both local and national, changed at exactly the same second -- they were all changed from NEP in NYC. Since, excluding part of NH, no citizens, candidates, or local reporters are allowed to see ANY ballots on election night, and since no recounts can happen until 21 days later or so, and since those asking for a recount must SPECIFY which precincts they want recounted -- there is plenty of time for the vendors to send in "experts" to make sure the ballots that come out for the recount make the published results on election night "come true." Remember, Sec of State John Husted confirmed at The Farm wedding Reception Hall circa Sept 2013 -- that all counties in Ohio sign a contract with the vendors that the public officials are NOT allowed to view the software which tells the computers what to do on election night. NEP was known as Voter News Service (VNS) before 2003. After the 2000 election -- the name became too stinky, so they changed the name and kept absolutely everything else the same. Via cell phone and satellite technology, AP and or one of the other networks can go inside the voting computers on election night, monitor what is happening, and then alter the vote if it isn't coming out "right." ---- See the articles "Pandora's Black Box: Did it really count your vote" by Dr. Philip O'Halloran, and "How a Private Company Counts Our Votes on Election Night" by Christopher Bollyn, which is an eye-witness account from Cook County, Illinois in 2004 -- both of which are down the right hand column in the royal blue box at the home page of votefraud.org

 

3. Call your county BOE and ask them what provision there is for citizens to count any ballots on election night to make sure the computers have not been programmed wrong, by accident or on purpose. You will find there is no provision, and if you persist a bit the BOE officials will probably tell you that they order the police to arrest anyone who try to see any of the actual ballots on election night. (Just like in any 3rd world country dictatorship.)

5. Black Box Voting by Bev Harris, a book free online at BlackBoxVoting.org

 

6. The HBO documentary movie, Hacking Democracy, sometimes free on line in parts at You Tube; My dad and I were filmed from this movie, the story Bev Harris and the producers accomplished took all 90 minutes as you will see if you watch it. Notice the part in Cleveland near the end where honest reporters turn on the Cleveland BOE and suddenly asked them how they chose the precincts to be recounted in the 2004 election. The Cleveland BOE workers are at a loss. --- Also, ignore the suggestion that the Bush family and the GOP control the easily rigged computer systems. I told all involved and many more across the country in 2006 early that they would look foolish as soon as the Shadow gov decided it was the Democrats' turn. NEP, owned by the 5 TV Networks and AP is above both the RNC and the DNC, and undoubtedly work for those behind the international banks, such as the FED, Goldman-Sachs, the IMF, etc. etc. The RNC and the DNC at the national level, two wings on the same bird of prey (as Pat Buchanan said), are also animated by these Banksters, thus the dilemma we are in.

This article is about how we proved vote fraud perpetrated against Pat Buchanan in 1996 in Dubuque county, Iowa, and how this fits into, and proves, the overall picture I've painted in this email on easily rigged computerized elections, although the Iowa Caucus was an open Caucus, and that's how we proved the fraud. But the same principles, tricks, and crimes used in computerized elections were in play.

I have a fairly large collection of old magazines and newspapers. I learn so much from reading about the past.  Is anything really new besides technology? 

Read this article from the Cleveland Plain Dealer August 2nd, 1970 it is about the heroin epidemic facing America back then exactly what we are facing now, heroin has made a major resurgence.

I wish I would have paid more attention or taken notes so you will have to trust me on this.  But two years into the Afghanistan war a general, I believe it was a general, was asked if we would do anything to the poppy fields and the farmers who were growing it.  The answered given was no we will leave the fields alone and intercept the drug down the line.  I paraphrased but that is the jest of what he said and what I remembered.  

Makes you wonder if all those conspiracy's are true when they say the US government smuggles in drugs.  Could our gov be unleashing this epidemic to dope the masses into apathy and submission for a new world order?

Check Point Charlie in Willoughby Hills - A couple of replies

Carey, I agree with you 110% it’s becoming like a police state. I had something close happen to me a few years ago from the local PD. I stopped to drop a friend off at what they called a "known drug house" because it was raining. Because I didn’t use my turn signal they pulled me over and searched my car. Finding nothing they apologized and sent me on my way. I knew there was nothing in my car but if I would have refused the would have towed it and it would have ended up costing me hundreds of dollars because when a wrecker tows a car on a 911 call they automatically jack up the price, then there would have been court costs etc. etc. 

    Here's the thing, if they know it's a "known drug house" why don’t they get a search warrant and go in and bust everybody??? Here's why, because they can make money off of "out of towners" by arresting them, towing their car, court costs, etc., ect., when they come in to buy drugs from those guys. Instead of stopping it at its source they can make money off of "weekenders".

    If they bust the drug house violators the can’t make any money off of them, in fact it will cost them money by putting them in jail.

It's all about the money especially since the economy is down and tax revenue is low because many people are without work.

Even though they won't admit it that’s the reason, it's all about the money Carey, not about the people anymore, and that causes corruption in the system. Feel free to post this where ever you wish. It's the truth, the new hate word!!!

check point charlie in willoughby hills

Wow was I seething mad Friday night (Saturday 1:30 am) flames probably shot out of my nostrils.  I just left Denny’s after having a good time with family and friends and headed out to work.  Many of you know I work late hours running my janitorial business.

 I turn right onto Rt.6 from Bishop Rd and in front of Loehmans Plaza in Willoughby Hills there was a OVI check point.  Just seeing the sign sent me into a rage.  So I whipped my van into the nearest parking lot to take an alternative route to work when I noticed a cop car pull out and start to follow me.

I didn’t get to far when his lights came on.  I threw my van into park even before it stopped and bounded out of it right up to the cops car yelling at him on the way.  He didn’t even have his window rolled down when I laid into him.  YOU HAVE NO RIGHT TO STOP ME, WHAT IS YOUR BADGE NUMBER.  He yelled get into your car.  After a brief shouting match and him still sitting in his car I went back to mine.

He then came up and demanding my license and I demanded back NO YOUR BADGE NUMBER which I got before I finally gave him my license.  I ripped into him, I know why you stopped me because I refused to go through your check point which is unconstitutional.  He insisted he every right to do so because I didn’t use my turn signal.  I said you are not playing that game.

Another car pulled up and he joined in.  I laid into him also saying I refuse to see America become like Russia with these check points, there is no way this should be allowed.  He started in with my turn signal which again I refuted.  Back and forth we went with cop number two saying how 90% of policeman love America as much as me or more and they don’t want to see America like this either and in Russia it’s much worse plus these check points have been declared constitutional in many courts across the country.  I said these are small steps towards making it like Russia or worse.

The first cop came back and gave me my license.  I sensed he was not completely keen on these check points either after the talk I had after I calmed down a bit.  I actually shook his hands and said I will not put of with this and see America’s freedom go, there are plenty of ways to take them off the road (drunks etc…) with out this.

Friends, we had all best get an attitude like I had tonight, maybe not necessary jumping out of your car but being vocal and showing where you stand.  Are you with me or not?  I remember when I had the issue with Euclid and their housing policy that almost made me homeless.  Where was everyone to fill that court room when I was subpoenaed?  3 friends showed up.  What I am getting at, we are so concerned with regionalism, the Bundy ranch, all the high profile cases but when
are people going to get active when one of us gets stopped or hassled locally, we had better start being there for each other.  This country of ours as we know it is slipping away.

Thursday night a similar situation happened in Kirkland with a cop following me.  I pulled into the account I maintain when his lights came on and again I got out of my car and let this cop know what I thought of his stopping me for no reason.

OK Friends,

I am back posting more of my accumulated notes from the last few months.  I have been busy getting things ready for a trip to Memphis at the end of this month for the Constitution Party Convention.  The Constitution Party is growing and we now have 97 candidates on the ballots across the states.  Both Republican and Democratic parties are bent on pushing this country in a direction most of us oppose.   But can we build the Constitution Party enough in time to save this country is yet to be seen. 

  First a short shoe commentary.

 Recently a shoe was thrown at Hillary during a speech.  I remember when W. Bush had a shoe thrown at him.  That shoe was a sneaker as Bush was not expecting it.  But the shoe thrown at Hillary was definitely a – HUSH PUPPY!

Now onto my old notes:

  When this county was founded and America was trying to get their new currency started and stabilized some from England were gambling with it and manipulating our dollar.  It almost worked as it put the early country into a financial bind.

What we are seeing today is the same thing with fuel, it is being manipulated.  This started under Bush where we saw WILD swings with fuel.  It is still going on under Obama.  As you know people like me and you cannot hold onto our budget because we can't save or keep up with the market.  Oil not only runs our car but is in so many products.

The globalists in BOTH parties are doing this in increments to destroy our economy and currency.  That's why you see gas go down, the economy perks up, then it shoots back up, this slows the economy down, this is paving the way for a new global currency.  IF they destroyed the US economy all at once this would throw the whole planet into a depression 10 times greater then the 30's.

Even what Obama is pushing for now an increase in minimum wage to $10.15 per hour is part of this plan.  A lowly Whopper could cost $6 or more.  They are systematically destroying the dollar. 

The world's commodities are based on US currency.  Soon the world will demand to dump the dollar as it is too weak and not stable enough and will want a new global currency which means a one world bank, one world currency, one world rule.

Read the book the Web of Debt.  It is a hard read but has so much information in it about our currency and the world banks.

another horrendous bill that violates religious freedom

What is going on with the Republican Party?  Here is another horrendous bill that violates religious freedom and threatens to make Christians criminals sponsored by Republican LaRose from Ohio State Senate District 27.

I learned about this bill from a Summit County Tea Party meeting.  Speaking was Caleb Davenport who has never run for office but because of SB125 he was pushed into action.  Caleb actually started tearing and had to regain composure before he continued.  He said friends were are in trouble, America is in trouble.....

In short this bill would make it illegal for any Christian to refuse service to any homosexual or transgender.  If you run a family bed and breakfast, family resort, make wedding cakes, photographer you could not refuse.  There is an exemption for churches but we know that this is only temporary once the bill passes those exemptions will be removed through more legislation.

Continuing on... my accumulated thoughts

   These are my accumulated thoughts and notes I have had for the last few months. So will continue on and when this list exhausts will make a new one.

   The last thing I left you with was my thoughts on the Malaysian airplane. I will start this one with healthcare or Obamascare.

   Seems like daily someone is telling me a new story of what is going on with their health insurance or have you heard….   My friends Rich and Walt's plan have gone up, one saw his premium increase from 75 to 195.  At a restaurant I frequent a waiter told me of an elderly couple who are regulars weren’t in for months.  When they returned they told of the reason for the absence was because their health insurance got canceled which was followed by a sickness that caused their savings to be wiped out.

   And this story is from a janitorial account of mine.  I won’t say who but the owner is very knowledgeable and leans Tea Party.  She told me of a worker who just canceled his insurance because he could no longer afford it.  When she told me the amount that it was raised I scoffed and said NO WAY.  She took me into the office and said here read this from the billing of Blue Cross Blue Shield, his  family plan was $902 per month now it’s $1,996 per month.  How can a working man afford that???

    At a business meeting I attended I spoke with a lawyer who practice is in taxes is having a field day financially giving advice and help to companies with Obama Care but he thinks it’s the worse law ever.  He believes we’re heading for a one payer system where you pay the government to insure you; the health care insurance industry will be put out of business.  He also fears that our government bankrupted social security, made a mess of Medicaid and once they get their hands on our health insurance tax money they will squander it also.

   At the same meeting a Consultant told me his dad is a doctor and it is not worth it.  He went to school to become a doctor but because of the insurance companies it is becoming less and less profitable to become a doctor.  You are at the mercy of the insurance industry so he switched careers.

   This is old news but as I said these thoughts have been sitting in a draft for months. Obama is banking on healthy young people signing up for healthcare and since they are healthy it will pay for the elderly who will use it more.  But the young adults won’t sign up for it because they can stay on their parents plan until they are 26 so why should they get a plan of their own?  Madness.

   Let’s look again at what the lawyer said whom I spoke to, he said I believe we’re heading for a one payer system where you pay the government to insure you; the health care insurance industry will be put out of business.  Now it all comes together.  Nancy Pelosi recently corrected a reporter and said over and over and over again it’s not Obama Care it’s the Affordable Care Act.  So the plan is this, make it so tough for private insurance companies that they have to raise rates which will force people to drop them and look into the government option.  And we know how part two of this game goes.  I am sure lets take for example the case of the worker who saw his plan get raised from $902 to over $1,900, the government will then offer him a much cheaper rate but still above his original rate.  Of course he will jump at it.  But it still won’t be as affordable as before.  I am banking on this happening.  What a scam.

    I spoke with an insurance agent and he told me DO NOT go to the Obama Care website it is unsecured and anyone can hack your information you put in.  He explained that a website has to be built with security it can’t be added later.  The agent also told me if you don’t have health insurance now, ride it out for a bit until they figure out what is going on.  Pay the fine which is much cheaper than getting a bad plan.

   Now let’s look at athletes. There has been some anger that game of baseball and football is changing.  Baseball has or may outlaw home plate collisions.  Football has also banned certain hits and has new rules if a player gets a concussion.  Some fans are blaming the new modern wimpy athlete.  We need to think BEYOND the player.  Egos haven’t changed.  Most players are young and have no regard for their health and or future, all they want is on the field glory.  So I think you need to look at the owners protecting their multimillion dollar investment in the players.  But let’s look a little deeper.  What does it cost to insure a player?  Could Obama Care be part of this? So the game has to become tamer as the salary's go up and up and along with the cost of insurance and maybe what will be covered and won't.  Why should an insurance company cover a home plate collision when it could have been avoided?

Continuing On from March 4th - Jan Brewer

Jan Brewer, that's where I left off on March 4th.  Well what do you think of Governor Brewer’s decision to veto SB 1062?  SB 1062 would have allowed a person or business to refuse service to homosexuals and lesbians if it violated their religious beliefs.  That’s a very condensed version of the bill.

Brewer along with many others right now have totally lost their understanding of the first amendment and what is morally correct.  A person should have the option not to give service to an individual if they feel it violates their religious beliefs.  The media and those who are bent on driving any sort of religion from America have found the way to do this by beating into our subconscious that homosexuals are the same as any other ethnic minority.  Regardless of what they say and how they try to promote it, homosexuality is not a race, nationality or even a person, it is a behavior; and if one’s business is such where serving a same sex couple will legitimize their relationship such as a bed & breakfast or a church just to name two out of many the proprietor should be allowed to refuse. 

 But should we be surprised by a Republican governor ruling as such?  Not at all.  It was another Republican governor from California named Ronald Reagan who vetoed a similar bill called the Briggs Initiative which would have barred homosexuals and lesbians from teaching in California public schools.  That veto gave footing and confidence to radical homosexual to push forward their agenda.

There is so much more to this constant promoting of homosexuality than two people loving each other.  There is population control by the save the earth people and control the people by globalist’s who would love to see our Republic fall.  How is the homosexual movement part of the globalist’s plan?  Confuse the masses especially the young of what is right, lowering of standards and morals, and push out religion under the guise that it is hindering ones freedom.  When everything unravels it is fertile ground for a dictator or communist government to step in to take control of the confusion.

 Is that why Obama is pushing so hard promoting homosexuality?  Is it more than him possibly being one?  Or are the two combined?

In the book the Secret Society by Jan Karski lowering of morals was one of Hitlers weapons to control Poland.  Karski also wrote there was one concentration camp they feared the most, it was the one with the homosexual prison guards.

He lived, and almost died, in Nazi prison camps from the age of 9 to 14.  And while the abuse of the Nazis took many forms, he says he was sexually molested more than once by homosexual Nazi prison guards. He knew it was also going on with other prisoners, "although I didn’t go looking for it." He estimates that about 20 percent of those guarding Jewish prisoners were homosexual. And he says that Hitler may have taken a public stance against homosexuals, but he believes that stance was simply a device to round up Catholic priests or others Hitler wanted to remove from society.

The homosexual agenda that is being forced upon us has a far more sinister side.  Is it done to take our eyes off of  the impending economic doom or the government and its one world order plans?  Could militant homosexuals who threaten everyone and anything that oppose them could they be used for the revival of Storm Troopers that crush Christians and the Christian way of life to implement all of this?  History does repeat itself and man never learns.

About the Malaysian airplane, this is my thinking from the beginning. Terrorism is a proud evil.  If it was any of the main Jihadist groups or one of many militant Islam factions they would be hailing this victory, something else is at stake.  Can this be a plot for us to get the go ahead to bomb Iran?

So many thoughts where do I begin????

February just ended, a month that I don’t particularly like.  The anticipation of March and warmer weather makes this month drag on an on, thank goodness for the Winter Cookout/Freeze Fest.

There is another reason why I dislike February.  It is black history month. I get nauseated of the constant reminder of all things black.  To me it is racist to designate a month or even a day to a certain race or nationality.  Sure we have St. Patrick’s Day and Columbus Day that the Irish and Italians have adopted as their own but it isn’t designated as an Irish or Italian day.  

Our Declaration of Independence states - We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal.  ALL MEN ARE CREATED EQUAL, I will be bringing this up again later.  So why are we giving a full month to one race especially when a day in January is given to honor Martin Luther King Jr. which really is a black holiday? 

  What about the countless caucasians and other races who gave their lives for the cause of freedom to free the slaves and give equal rights to blacks?  What about those who were raised without any form of prejudism this designation of a certain month for black history makes even less sense. 

Black history month has done nothing to unify this nation but has divided it further.  It’s time that blacks recognize that they have more than arrived and to quit looking back and embrace the future.  Never forget the past but quit living in it.  .

 At least this year the Olympics took the spotlight off black history which made it a bit more palatable.  It’s the first time in many years that I watched most of the Olympics from the opening ceremony on. My mental notes during the opening parade of nations when America walked out was of disgust.  Teem USA was chanting U-S-A over and over again.  It’s one thing to show pride hooting and hollering during an event between cities or states but it’s another thing when you are representing a country.  I thought it was classless.  What did all this ranting get America that should have easily won more medals than the other countries especially since we had over 220 competing?  It got us a distant second place finish to Russia and barely above third place Norway.   U-S-A maybe we should be shouting back You-A-Shamed?

 Even more unsettling, a hundred times more unsettling, is the constant barrage of homosexuals and lesbians.  I found it even hard to watch some of the male ice skaters because of their feminine actions and way of talking.  Remember they were representing the US.  Is this what we want the world to see us as? 

What about pro-sports.  Why is it even news when an athlete announces he is a homosexual?  Why is the media playing it over and over again as if it’s some great feat?  What are we celebrating?

 Referring back to the Declaration of Independence it states - We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal.  ALL MEN ARE CREATED EQUAL.  Got that?  All men.  But what isn’t created equal?  Behavior.  This homosexual behavior is frowned upon by all major religions.  The pushing of this behavior is an all out attack on religion and our beliefs.  It will never be accepted by the majority of people so it will have to be forced on us and unfortunately it may come with jail time and or fines if we don’t.  What people do behind closed doors is their business; I am just tired of the constant pushing and trying to make us accept it.  And for most of us, we never will. 

So tell me how are all you Republicans feeling about Governor Jan Brewer now?

The state of Kentucky must recognize four same-sex marriages that took place out of state, a federal judge in Louisville has ruled, handing another win in a traditionally conservative state to gay marriage proponents.

U.S. District Judge John G. Heyburn on Wednesday ordered Kentucky to recognize same-sex marriages consecrated elsewhere  – in Iowa, Connecticut, California and Ontario, Canada – saying that Kentucky laws denying recognition violate the equal-protection clause of the U.S. Constitution.

Frankenstein's Monster
You might recall from the August issue of The Becker Report, that I devoted much space to outlining the federal usurpation of power over the states and the people. The central government was created by the states and has become the proverbial "Frankenstein's monster." With few exceptions, the founders' intent of a limited federal government serving the several sovereign states stayed largely intact until about the middle of the 20th century. That is when the incremental attacks against state sovereignty and the people began in earnest by what was becoming "Frankenstein's monster." Liberal judges determined "the right thing to do" in their eyes, and then declared their decisions to be within their new and creative interpretations of the US Constitution. Without regard to the founders rolling over in their graves, this abuse of power has accelerated exponentially in recent decades.
The Article I Section 8 General Welfare Clause and Commerce Clause have been among the most abused without regard to the enumerated powers listed in subsequent paragraphs. Additionally, the Article VI Supremacy Clause has been used (abused) repeatedly to beat the states and the people into submission without regard to the Ninth and Tenth Amendments. Although the Tenth Amendment is the most ignored, the Due Process Clause and the Equal Protection Clause of the 14th Amendment are also among the most abused. And of course the 1st Amendment freedom of religion has been creatively turned on its head and interpreted to be the opposite of its original intent.
Mankind has many weaknesses. Lust for power is one. Ignorance and apathy are others. Thus, the crux of the problem. Unless or until the people get involved in the workings of government, the status quo of ever increasing usurpations and consolidation of power at the federal level will continue. One person can do very little. Collectively, the people's power is unlimited.There isn't much that one state representative can do about this problem. However, I have taken the first step by writing a letter to my congressman asking him to initiate impeachment proceedings against a federal judge. It is below:

Dear Congressman Wenstrup:
    As a member of the Ohio General Assembly, I am writing you today to express my concerns about the federal government's ever growing propensity to violate state sovereignty. Although this has been a trend since the early 19th century, it has accelerated exponentially in recent decades.
    Rather than the solution, the federal judiciary has been the primary problem. As you know, federal judges are appointed for life and the states and people (except as otherwise represented in Congress) are powerless against them. To that end, the US House of Representatives has the power to impeach and the US Senate has the power to remove them from office. This will begin the process of restoring state sovereignty back to the original intent of the US Constitution.
    The drafters of the Constitution have provided this mechanism beyond appeal for the people to remove life appointments. Since 1797, there have been eight federally appointed judges removed from office and three more that resigned prior to their potential removal.
    In consideration of the above, I am asking you to initiate impeachment proceedings against Judge Timothy S. Black, United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio. The grounds are malfeasance and abuse of power.
    As you might recall, in July 2013, Judge Black ordered that Ohio must recognize the "homosexual marriage" of John Arthur and James Obergefell. This is a clear violation of Article XV, Section 11 of the Ohio Constitution and the Tenth Amendment of the US Constitution. Additionally in September 2013, Judge Black ordered that Ohio must recognize the "homosexual marriage" of William Herbert Ives (deceased) and David Michener.
    Judge Black has demonstrated his incompetence by allowing his personal political bias to supersede jurisprudence.

Why did I decide to take action on this issue? If not me then who? If not now then when? I certainly didn't do it to make friends with the editorial page writers. Somebody needs to lead on this issue and there are very few bright lights out there. I'm concerned that the judiciary will attempt to use the Article IV Section 1 Full Faith and Credit Clause of the US Constitution to force any and all creative "marriages" on the states and the people. This would be the next Roe v. Wade.

What's the problem with "homosexual marriage"? What's the problem with polygamy? How does it affect anybody else's marriage? If my neighbors were counterfeiting money, the value of my money would decrease. If marriage were to be redefined to mean anything and everything, it would mean nothing. The destruction of the family nucleus would continue the unraveling of the fabric of society. Obamacare kicked off a trend where companies are beginning to no longer cover employee spouses. Creative marriages would accelerate that trend. For businesses, it's a matter of controlling costs rather than ideology. I am standing with the people of Ohio and the Ohio Constitution by fighting to keep marriage a sacred institution between one man and one woman.
