Not saying we are but could we be witnessing bible prophesies being fulfilled that could lead to the epic battle foretold?
We forget how President Geoerge W. Bush started a lot of this confusion concerning Islam. After W. called out the Axis of Evil he then later went on to say Islam is a religion of peace. This disarmed many Americans. Now we have two presidential contenders who are not loyal to Israel and one has ties to Muslims.
Its a fact President Obama is a Muslim and has disdain for Israels Prime Minister Netanyahu. While Mitt Romney is a former bishop in the Mormon church. Mormons believe the return of Jesus Christ will occur in Missouri and Israel has little to do with the coming of Christ. Israel is just not important to either one of these two.
Somehow these current Muslim uprisings as well as the looming problem with Iran will all be spun back on Israel as the root of all evil. Muslims could demand America to back off of Israel to bring about peace. If they do we just might have to comply as I do not see how we can even intervene anywhere else or start a new front on this war. We are just to broke financially and our military man power already at its limit. And with either of these two current contenders as our leader is another reason why we may just apease them. IF I am correct and this does happen where we do turn our back on Israel, look out! God will come down on our nation and He will do it harshly.
During this past presidential primary there was only one running who had any true sense of what to do. He was on the Senate armed forces committee and also wrote legistlation called the Iran Freedom Support Act. That candidate was Rick Santorum. My mother said it best when he failed. She said did you ever think God doesn't want a Christian to win? Is she right? Are we now about to be judged?
Food for thought.

Trayvon Martin - FURTHERMORE - The news letter of America News and Views March 22
Host Bob Murphy, Our Tea Party Liaison Carey Masci, and Senate Candidate Dave Macko were discussing events and news.
I was asked why a Libertarian in the booth? Well to that I ask is it God, country and then party? If it is then what matters is the person’s stance on issues.
Dave Macko is pro-life, in favor of removing the US from the UN, limiting if not eliminating the EPA, and would love to see Obama impeached, all Conservative stances.
Our country is in trouble and anyone who recognizes this and is in the battle to restore freedoms to our country we should give an ear and listen.
Now to the newsletter:
Trayvon Martin
Racism is alive and well when it should be dead but the blacks and liberals keep fanning the smoldering ashes to bring it back. When I first heard about the murder of Trayvon Martin I didn’t jump to conclusion I needed to know more. The first thing I did was research the crime statistics for the area where the altercation took place. Researching the crime stats would tell more of the story or fill in some blanks.
According to Neighborhood Scout (http://www.neighborhoodscout.com/fl/sanford/crime/) the city of Sanford has a crime index of 3 – which means the city is safer than 3% of the cities in the US. A score of 100 is safest. A score of 3 wouldn’t make you feel so secure would it?
The specific area where this happened was the gated community of Retreat at Twin Lakes but from another article taken off the web I found this …police had been called to the 260-unit complex 402 times from Jan. 1, 2011 to Feb. 26, 2012. Looking at these stats puts things into a little bit of a different perspective.
I am not giving George Zimmerman the shooter a free pass but the point I am trying to make is the real victims of a killing like this are the people who live in these crime ridden areas that are almost like prisoners and don’t know what else to do.
Until America changes her moral path, addresses poverty, chases out liberal judges who hand out lenient sentences and we end this poor me attitude and place the blame on the criminal not the victim of the crime out of frustration these unfortunate acts and killings will continue to happen.
Is Santorum reading my blogs? Santorum said it would be better to elect Obama instead of Mitt. OK maybe those aren’t his exact words but that’s what’s all over the Internet and it’s just what I have been saying. So let me say it again and again and again – YES – it would be better to elect Obama over Mitt. I don’t know why this is so hard to understand.
Let me try once more.
If Mitt gets elected the issues of Christianity, homosexuality, abortion, mandated government programs are off the table. No more will they be discussed, Republicans will become just like the Democrats. We need to hold the fort and get a true Republican elected.
Gaffs vs. Lies
Let me try it this way.
Gaff – Obama: I have been to 57 states. No rebuttal, no spin, dumb stupid gaff.
Lie - Mitt: I am not for the Blunt amendment. Spin time: I am for the Blunt amendment the question asked was confusing.
Gaff – Obama: Eau Claire is a big important state
Lie – Mitt: we have to speed up the foreclosures so investors can buy. Whoops: Mitt then said government should help banks to keep people in their own homes.
Understand yet? A gaff you don’t have to correct, you laugh and move on, with a lie or when you speak honestly but it doesn’t help your campaign you have to spin and cover up your previous statement. Mitt doesn’t make many gaffs. He is telling you the first time what he wants and intends to do. Mitt is a very moderate to liberal Republican if you can call him one.
Surprised by the poor showing of Ron Paul.
I thought we would see a three way fight between a Conservative (Santorum), Libertarian leaning (Paul) and an establishment (Romney) candidate battle until the end with each hovering above or near the 30% mark.
I know Paul has some unconventional ways and thinking but I thought he would be doing much better. Very surprising. Maybe he will have a late surge, anything is possible.

Friends,
I lived through the race riots of the 60’s. It’s a real shame in the year 2012 we are still having race issues but the truth is our country and the world will never eradicate all hatred or predjudism. But what each one of us can do is when a situation like Trayvon Martin happens is let the courts handle it and not jump to conclusions.
We must not allow this to divide America, that’s what the enemy wants, we must not fall for it. And if each one of us would lend a helping hand to those in need and a welcoming smile to everyone we meet America would be a far better place.
That’s how America will stay United.

Bob Murphy

FURTHERMORE - The news letter of America News and Views March 15
Host Bob Murphy along with Co-Host Chairman Fellows were alone and sparring in the studio on March 15th.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Lets jump right into this weeks news letter.
We have to be careful and better educated if we are to win over Democrats and Liberals. We need to research, learn history and quit running on emotions.
Many of us are very against Obama and his policies and no matter what he does or says he is automatically wrong but what would you say if I said Obama could be right on a few issues, maybe more?
For instance when Obama said drilling for oil won't help (lower the price of gas) most of us thought he was nuts. But guess what, he may be right.
The US currently has a record number of drills working, either for oil or the recent discoveries of natural gas (LNG). The companies drilling for oil are in trouble because of the recent finds has driven the price down. In steps China. China needs oil and LNG. And guess what? They have the money to buy buy buy and are willing to pay more. So if you are a US energy company where prices have fallen flat and you have another country willing to pay more what would you do?
If China does start purchasing from the US that will make China compete against us for our own natural resource and prices will go UP. In Texas China has invested billions and formed a partnership with Chesapeake Energy Corp and they own one of a third stake in another US company Devon Energy.
So you can drill for oil all you want but that won't lower the price not when China is willing to pay and invest.
Obama part 2.
The recent Arizona immigration bill was deemed unconstitutional by the Obama administration. Again the people were up in arms. But was Obama right?
According to a book I am reading American Government In 1921 by Frank Magruder Ph. D. c. 1921 it says on page 210:
In 1914 Arizona provided that any company or individual that employs more than 5 persons must employ not less than 80% qualified voters or native born citizens of the US. This law was declared unconstitutional because of its enforcement would have discriminated against aliens and thus would have deprived them of the equal protection of the State's laws.
YES I understand today’s immigration law from Arizona is different and maybe the key word is illegal alien rather than just alien (or are they the same?) but there are precedents and these previous rulings that were declared unconstitutional towards aliens which we did nothing about has set the stage for our current problems that have opened the floodgates.
So technically Obama has been right. But where Obama has failed as president is he should try to correct injustices and protect the American people but right now he is doing neither.
The rumor mill keeps on spinning about Mitt Romney and Ron Paul's collaboration to get Rand Paul picked as Mitt's VP if he does grab the nomination.
I am hoping this is in fact just a rumor as in a few years I would love to see Rand Paul run for president and being a patsy for Mitt will not help his stature. He would then be known as Mitt's Sarah Palin when Mitt loses to Obama. Not even a Rand Paul or Marco Rubio will save the Mitt ship from sinking in November just like Palin couldn't save McCain.
Santorum could lose big in November. YES here is why, if by some miracle Santorum does pull off the upset and beats the chosen one Mitt the establishment would not be happy their man lost. They could play politics and not back Santorum. We have seen this game many times on the local and state level. Stay wise to this as you will have to work extra hard to get Santorum elected over Obama, that's if Santorum wins the nomination over the chosen one.
Friends,
Here's my short commentary for this week, short and to the point.
America is a great country. We were the envy of the world. I just don't understand this philosphy of social engineering and the push towards globalization. Trading with world partners for goods is one thing but to make us all equal is another thing. We should never have to lower our standards to be equal they should have to raise theirs. And that's what socialism and one world government does, it makes everyone equal at a lower level not better.
FURTHERMORE - The news letter of America News and Views March 8
FURTHERMORE - The news letter of America News and Views March 8
Host Bob Murphy, Our Tea Party Liaison Carey Masci, Former Senate Candidate Rusty Bliss, and Mark Holder.
Bob revealed something on the show that everyone needs to hear. In fact Bob said that this was probably the most important thing he has ever said on the show in the 15 years of doing it. Please listen, it will shed new light on this years Republican primary process.
I know the below commentary may be late because we have already voted in Ohio but I wrote this because of what I keep hearing.
It gets real tiring trying to explain to people that the main objective is not to defeat Obama. It isn't, plain and simple, it isn't. We are in the primary season and Obama is not a concern of ours yet. The goal for the Republicans should be to nominate the most qualified, the most conservative and the one who follows the principles of the party. Voting for anyone else who falls short of these points is a wasted vote. I don't know why this is so hard to understand. People seem to be skipping over the primary process.
YES - I do know how the media and the MITT-nipulation that has been pounded into your psyche that only Mitt can beat Obama can mislead you but still that is no excuse for not doing your homework. Even Ohio Attorney General Mike DeWine said on a major cable news show when asked why he was for Mitt but now for Santorum said I didn't think Santorum had a chance to win...... Wonderful!!! Even our attorney general has fallen prey to this thinking of trying to pick a winner instead of voting on principles but at least he has woke up.
I myself when I made my decision back in April that Santorum was my candidate I did so not because he had the best chance of winning I chose Santorum because he has scored above average to very good in ALL categories, he was consistent and adhered the most to conservative philosophy. I wasn't concerned about beating Obama or if Santorum could win.
Let me put it in sports terms using baseball as an analogy. Santorum reminds me of the player who may never hit 50 home runs but you can always depend on him to come through, a team player, a real leader. When the game is on the line you want him up to bat because somehow he will get on base.
That's what people need to consider before voting, who is the best candidate and quit worrying about the outcome. I chose Santorum because I believe he is a the true conservative and if he wins the nomination I won't have to worry about beating Obama in November because the best player will be coming up to bat.
Commentary about what is going on within the Republican Party:
I am a team player only when the team I am on plays by the team rules and bylaws that the team has set forth and are suppose to follow; that's why I joined or chose to be part of the team because I agreed with their platform.
But when the team I am on drifts from their rules they can not expect me to follow the teams path or go along with them. Sure I could be like some and toss aside the rulebook or I could stay and fight to change the team back to its principles or I can look for another team that has principles that align with my beliefs and that stands firm and steadfast to their party rules.
But this I do know I for sure will not sit back and do nothing. The former team could ostracize me for supporting another team but its their actions that have caused me to drift not my own.
I wrote this in regards to what happens if Mitt gets the nomination. I will be looking into a third party candidate - PERIOD.
I said on air that our elections are turning into a third world circus. Bob disagreed with me but this is what I meant by that statement.
When I was in the Philippines 2 years ago it was during their elections. The newspapers had numerous reports of vote tampering and buying votes. Some candidates were outside of polling places handing out bottles of water and some were giving away $5 if you voted for them. And its widely reported especially in countries with dictators or that are communism that the vote count is played with or so slanted towards the candidate they want to win its almost impossible for the opponent to compete.
Now I am not saying we are there yet in America with this kind of behavior but if we don't get a handle on it it wont be far off. But then again the way that super pacs are run with countless dollars and all the negative ads and changing primary rules to benefit a candidate maybe its closer than I think.
Carey Masci
Friends,
Here we are in March with no clear winner regardless of all the money spent on ads declaring a winner in the Republican primary.
I still feel when the American people are given all the facts they will do the right thing and this proves it. The media can only go so far. Ultimately in the end its up to the voter to educate him or herself and we are seeing that happen.
There was room in the booth as only Host Bob Murphy and Write In Senatorial Candidate Rusty Bliss were in but that didn’t stop them from filling the airwaves with the truth you need to hear.
Being absent I enjoyed kicking back and listening to the show. Another side of Capt’ Bliss came out, his personality really shined on this show. Great guy.
In this letter I am going to give you random things to think about.
Get ready folks these high gases prices are going to be budget busters for all local governments. There is no way they will be able to balance the books. So look for these things to happen if gas continues its upward climb. Taxes levies, increase in licenses and permits of all sorts AND be careful where you park and how you drive. The revenue (police) will be out in force to help bring in much needed funds. Drive smart and alert.
There is this feel sort of like a feeding frenzy of hungry piranhas. Everyone needs to stop. We have to ask ourselves what are we trying to prove? There are no perfect candidates. Some of the questions I have been fielding about Santorum are things so absurd its ridiculous, such as is he for abortion? That’s crazy! Quit listening to the liberal media and Mitt and Ron’s ads. Do you own research or listen to shows like Bob Murphy’s where you won’t get mislead.
The only candidate I am staunchly against is Mitt. You can go to numerous web sites and listen to him then and now. He has switched positions on so many issues where does he stand??? Mitt would be a disaster going up against Mr. GQ who can have poise and debate well. Not only that but you know darn well it will be brought out front and center Obama’s background is of community service and Romney’s is of Wall Street that caused the problems. Obama understands your plight Romney has no clue, trust me this is coming.
This is what I wrote in May of 2011 it’s a review of the first GOP debate.
Sometimes you need to use common sense with the Constitution as with all laws and life. Technically he (Paul) is right but would legalizing drugs help this country? Would legalizing drugs make crime go down? Would it lower the number of people who need mental health clinics? Receive welfare? This is a national issue, not a state issue. The same with marriage, you cannot allow states to make their own marriage laws. What happens if two people marry and then move into a state that doesn't recognize it? This is obviously a national issue. Ron needs to tone down his freedom a little. In a free society you have to restrict certain freedoms to ensure that freedom continues. PERIOD!
So the winner is Senator Rick Santorum. If you asked me what one thing I liked about his message or can I quote him, honestly I can't. But he said a lot of little things right. He is morally to the right, which really comes out strong listening to him. His limited government stance is also a positive. But the biggest thing going for Santorum is his moral beliefs. America needs someone right now that knows right from wrong. I believe Senator Rick Santorum is the man.
America needs someone right now that knows right from wrong. I believe Senator Rick Santorum is the man.
For this reason I have somewhat soured towards Ron Paul. His statement of Santorum is a fake in the last debate just struck me as this guy is not prime time ready to represent the US. If anything look into Santorums morals and characters and the fact he is pro-life that is starting to swing the pendulum towards over turning Roe Vs Wade. To say fake Paul does not understand what being a Conservative means and he has not looked into the good Santorum has done to push the dialog and country back to the right. If Paul loses he has no one to blame except himself for taking extreme positions. Plus with all the chaos going on right now, we need someone who is firm and steady in his moral beliefs. America is eroding fast.
We are down to 4 on the GOP side that’s it. The media keeps talking about a possible brokered convention where someone else such as Palin could waltz in and grab the nomination if the delegates cannot agree on a choice. I would be adamantly against such a thing. I chose my candidate Santorum back in April after reviewing the candidates; it took just a week to do so. I figured if you couldn’t make up your mind if you are running for the most important position in the world you are not ready to have my vote. So if someone comes to the convention and says I’M HERE without going through the primary process they ain’t getting my vote - PERIOD.
Let me throw this in here. I received a robocall from the Mitt camp blasting Santorum for running ads wooing Democrats to vote for him in Michigan. Mitt doesn't grasp why. One reason why I disliked Huntsman so much and really like Santorum is Huntsman was campaigning only in states that viewed him favorable, Santorum's thinking is this I am running to be the president of the United States and will make an effort in all states to win. Whether its a small effort or not he is trying to unify the vote. And in Michigan where any party can vote in either primary it was wise to reach out to the Democrats. Mitt is upset because he didn't think of it otherwise he would of. Thumbs up Santorum.
Finally… Friends we have to be careful here. The goal of any enemy is confusion. Once you confuse the people and divide them they are conquered. So before asking me my opinion on a subject, which I am honored you do so but…, please check the source of where it came first. If it’s from the left side you are not going to get the truth, that should get you started in the right direction.
The Greek House meeting review, Udovic - Shannon - Bauman - Lisy - Fiebig
The Greek House Review
I want to thank everyone who attended the meeting at the Greek House in Wickliffe this past Monday February 20. It was an informative meeting with a lot of back and forth with the speakers.
Joe Udovic opened the meeting with prayer for unity within our group and our country followed by the Pledge of Allegiance that was started by Jimmy Kelly.
The first order of business was introducing Jimmy Kelly Presidential candidate for 2036. That made everyone chuckle and applaud him. But I really do feel he has a future either in politics or public speaking, at 14 he is more than knowledgeable on the issues.
The first speaker of the night was Joe Udovic who spoke on a letter he received at his house. It involved the EPA and the wastewater treatment plant.
Euclid is asking residents to pay an additional 10 dollars per month on a quarterly basis for sewer charges. 2 public meetings have been scheduled Sat Feb 25, 10 am and Thu March 1, 7 pm. We need to get organized with the Republican Party and Tea Party and take a stand immediately. Residents cannot afford any more fees.
Next to speak was Ellie Shannon. Ellie informed us of the Personhood amendment for Ohio. She likes the Heartbeat bill but it doesn’t go far enough. The Personhood amendment would give a fetus the right to life. She passed out the petition for us to sign it and encouraged other to help gather signatures to get this on our Ohio ballot.
Pastor Melinda Bauman came up next. I made everyone laugh when I said Pastor Melinda will give a short 5 minute sermon so you better relax we could be here till midnight. The title of her message was "The God of America". It was about the Christian roots and heritage of America. Pastor Melinda did keep it short because of time constraints so I will have her back to give the full message. Stay tuned for that I think you would enjoy hearing it.
The main speaker of the night was Ron Lisy who is running for State Central Committeeman. Ron explained what the position is for. A State Central Committeeman’s job is to get feedback from fellow Republicans in his district and then go to Columbus to voice those concerns back to the Republican headquarters. Ron is tired of HUGE amounts of money being spent on beating fellow Republicans when that money can be saved to battle the Democrats in the general election. He wants to see the party go back to its roots and quit drifting to the left.
Ron Lisy was a delegate for Mike Huckabee and currently a delegate for Rick Santorum.
Half way through the meeting Dave Fiebig joined us. I had fun with Dave by introducing him as such…. Our next speaker is Dave Fiebig who is running to be one of Obamas Czars. Everyone collectively gave a HUHHHHH!!! I thought it was funny.
Dave Fiebig is campaigning for one of the open spots for Lake County Commissioners. Dave is a business owner, has served as Willoughby Hills councilman at large since 2008 and is a Lake County Republican Party Precinct Committee member. He gave a short concise speech of some of the duties commissioner has and some of the needs of Lake County.
In conclusion, it was a successful night, mission accomplished. Thanks again to those who attended and all the speakers.
Debate in Arizona more like a rebate I want my time back
I shouldn’t watch these debates they do nothing for me other than raise my blood pressure and create more disdain for this wonderful system of ours that pushes and promotes the candidate the establishment wants.
This last debate was stacked in Romney’s favor. Through out the night you heard cheers for him while there were plenty of sneers for Santorum. Arizona leans more towards Mitt so he was more than geared up for the debate but in Ohio and Georgia where he is trailing he pulled out of the debate scheduled there and in turn CNN pulled the plug. Why, don’t we have three other candidates to appear?
(Want more proof how they are pulling out all the stops to get Mitt in? In Maine only 95% of the primary vote is still counted. Word has it when all is counted and done, Paul will win that state. They are doing the same shenanigans as in Iowa. BUT there is also an unholy alliance between Paul and Mitt, have you noticed they don’t attack each other? Is this why Paul is not making a big deal? Keep an eye on this!!!)
The winner of the Arizona debate if you were born under a rock, born yesterday or just that afternoon decided to watch something political was Mitt. But if you have half a knowledge of the past or are even the least bit involved Mitt lied and lied and lied. I was sickened.
Newt looked his educated scholarly self, Santorum looked tired but had good moments and Paul his smirk and downing of Santorum is starting to wear thin.
Paul the champion of the Constitution, the pro-American candidate and I believe in God also nominee doesn’t quite get it. If he were so concerned about the welfare of America why would he introduce legislation with Barney Franks to legalize marijuana? Why would he want to legalize prostitution? America is falling into the abyss of has been nations because of lack of morals and Paul’s Libertarian views of if it feels good do it is what got our country into this mess.
Paul also doesn’t know history. His beating of the drum that we mind our own business over seas is what gave us WWII. Maybe he should go live in Israel or a third would country such as Indonesia or the Philippines where the Muslim threat is real. IF we don’t spread peace or stay the watchdog for our fellow democratic nations who will? Santorum quoted figures of how small of a percentage the military budget compared to everything else is but Paul keeps pounding that drum. I use to love Paul but the more I listen to him the more I have realized how sober and a realist I have become. I don’t smoke dope and I do believe in promoting values, which leads to more freedom.
Now… Lets put this Specter argument to bed once and for all. Way before this debate I researched the why would Santorum endorse Specter? Flip Romney brought this up as a real got you moment and it fizzled. So here it is again.
Santorum endorsed Specter because Specter was head of the judiciary committee. An agreement was made if Santorum endorsed Specter, Specter would go along with President Bush Jrs. Supreme Court picks. Because of this deal we got Samuel Alito and John Roberts appointed to the Supreme Court. In the end Toomey was elected anyways so in sports terms who wouldn’t make that trade? Specter is out, we have 2 Conservative lifetime judges and we also have Toomey in the Senate. I say that’s a deal even Steinbrenner would have made.
But it goes even further, Santorum must be a liberal because he endorsed Specter, Santorum must be for gun control because of his endorsement of Specter and on and on it goes. All this from one endorsement. Has this been laid to rest yet or shall I continue?
The only thing I am not happy with is the endorsement of Romney in ’08 Santorum made. According to Santorum I had to do something, I know McCain and wanted to stop him from grabbing the nomination. It’s a stain Santorum will have to live with. McCain was a bad choice and so was Mitt, he should have endorsed no one.
In the end WE the informed have to inform the uninformed otherwise these debates and the slanted media will push and shove Romney on us, the I will do more for the Gay agenda than Teddy Kennedy, I am 100% pro-choice, I created Romney-Care, I never voted to raise taxes while Governor but raised fees on everything candidate. And you know what Mitt as our nominee will get us in the end? Why another 4 more years of Obama, aren’t you excited?
Make sure you listen to the show. Bob corrected me and made a really good point about Obama’s ineligibility you need to hear it.
Review of the candidate’s night and then some humor
Immediately after the radio show I headed to a sports bar in Mayfield to represent Santorum in a candidate’s night held by Ralph King and the Cleveland Tea Party.
I knew before I even got there that this would NOT be the atmosphere for an event such as this. It’s VERY LOUD all the time with 30 TV’s, blaring music and noise from all the patrons makes it very hard to hear just talking to the person next to you.
We finally had it quiet enough to start the event when two young kids decided to play the basketball game. That was just too funny.
Anyway…. The night was filled with senate candidate after senate candidate speaking followed by a few state rep candidates so there was no time left for the presidential delegates to speak. Treasurer Josh Mandel did not show and it did not sit well with the Cleveland Tea Party or those who attended.
There were two candidates I liked and I thought did well. Our own Rusty Bliss laid out his platform and what his main concerns are. No stumbling, just bam bam bam. Nice energetic speech that left no questions where he stands.
The other is Eric LaMont Gregory. I was impressed with him. Look up his campaign online and tell me your thoughts.
As for myself I did manage to briefly say this:
I like to call myself a Libertarian with common sense and to me the candidate that embodies both qualities of a true conservative with some libertarian views is Santorum. I was cut short not only because of time but also because I said we have to unite because Mitt is a disaster. The leader of the group is not a Romney fan at all but he did not want the night to go negative to which I apologized.
The one thing I keep hearing over and over and over again is this:
I really do like Santorum but I don’t think he can win.
My reply to that is and has been is:
If everyone would just shut up and quit listening to the media and saying Santorum can’t win and start supporting him he could and would win.
That is the biggest thing hindering Santorum. The media is portraying him, as he can’t win.
Politics and sports what a combination
Recently a Cleveland Indians pitcher was arrested for using a false name and identification.
Obama had this to say about it.
Its time I make it known to the American people that I am the real Fausto Camona and Fausto Camona is the real Barack Obama but let me assure you that our birth certificates are valid.
When Fausto Camona was asked why did he do it he said its embarrassing enough playing for the Cleveland Indians did you really think I would use my real name?
What does the White House and the Cleveland Indians have in common?
They both have an impostor.
Obama was asked about the condition of the Gulf States he said I've been golfing a lot lately and I don't see any problem in those states.
Biden is such a socialist. The VP congratulated California on the Giants making it to the Super Bowl and when he was told the Giants are from New York he said I know I was just trying to spread the victory.
Misc.
Newt's second wife let loose that Newt wanted an open marriage. If I were Newt I would of at least denied it and said something witty like I never wanted an open marriage I just wanted to close it.
When Newt was asked if his wife would make a great First Lady he said Sure she makes a great third lady so why not.
It’s better to give or is it? Mitt Romney has given away millions to charity and Obama has given away millions of your tax dollars.
We talked about anger on the show well here is a bible verse for you.
Be angry, and yet do not sin; do not let the sun go down on your anger, and do not give the devil an opportunity.
We have to always keep this in mind in our battle, we do not want to become like the opposition we are fighting because then we would be no better.
So lets keep at it trying to restore this country but do it in a righteous manner.
MITT MITT MITT - FURTHERMORE - The news letter of America News and Views Jan. 19th
America News and Views news letter - FURTHERMORE
Host Bob Murphy, The Chairman Dale Fellows and Liaison for the Tea Party Carey Masci, and joining us by phone was Chris Boggs a specialist in organic search engine optimization.
I think I should start out by explaining the statement/question I made to Chris Boggs. Dale Fellows was not sure if what I said would be mistaken so to remove any doubt I will reword the question.
The question is - Could SOPA lead to the policing of blogs and the removal of anyone from posting if they write against such things as homosexuals and could it even lead to it
being considered a hate crime for doing so? I have personally felt the sting of political correctness and had a submission to a well-known site blocked.
The article I submitted was about DADT. In their exact words they wrote: As a whole, the article would be offensive to homosexuals, and thus it cannot be accepted.
So we can longer voice are opposition to unnatural life styles?
Next topic.
I am so upset with our primary and election process. If something isn't done soon we will be no better than in some third world countries where they completely manipulate elections in favor of the ruling party or ruler or candidate of their choice.
The constant barrage from the media proclaiming that in the end Romney will win it anyway so everyone else should just bow out and get the primary over with. Has our vote become so meaningless that the media can trumpet the winner before we even voted?
That’s why I am so adamantly set against Mitt. Besides his previous record as a governor and the stances he ran on in his bid for the senate I am tired of them force-feeding us Mitt Mitt Mitt. Its gotten to the point where you turn on the weather and the weatherman says its hot out today wonder if Mitt is sweating. Our founding fathers fought to give us the right to vote and we are seeing it evaporate before our eyes.
Even though I am a delegate for Santorum I think it is a real shame that candidates like Bachman, Perry, even Pawlenty bowed out because of the financial strain and
they lacked resources to battle back against the media. There are still 47 states that have not had a say and yet we are ready to crown a winner.
Some how we have to limit the amount of money that candidates can spend. How this can be accomplished I am not really certain but it has to be addressed other wise its no longer may the best man win but the richest man or the chosen man.
Along with limiting campaign finance maybe its time to have a one or two day primary. The first date would be to whittle down the field and then in 3 months have another that declares the winner this way all states have a say.
I have to throw one more thing out. I know this may hinge on conspiracy but I am very cynical with all that is going on. I along with many others across America stayed up way late to see the outcome of the Iowa Caucus. The tallies were coming and then it stalled at about 97% returns in with Santorum holding a very slim lead. A good half hour passed and then it was reported there was a mistake. They announced the votes that recently went to Santorum are going to be reversed and will go to Romney. And then suddenly they declared Romney the winner. As you know last week the outcome was changed and Santorum was declared the winner.
Again maybe this sounds too much like a conspiracy but to me it seemed like they denied Santorum the victory to give Mitt more of a bounce into New Hampshire and take some steam away from Santorum. Even now you hear some pundits say Iowa was just about a virtual tie but before it was a win for Romney. Makes you think doesn’t it?
Carey Masci
Friends,
SOPA was defeated. Think about that. Americans can still hold onto their freedom when we unite for a just cause. Stay informed, stay active and help educate those who are being led down the wrong path.
Its up to us to make sure America continues to be a free nation.
The Santorum Effect
It’s amazing how one candidate can redirect an entire nomination process. The number one issue was suppose to be about the economy but because of Rick Santorum a dialog about faith, family, and morals has been front and center.
It’s amazing how one candidate can redirect an entire nomination process. The number one issue was suppose to be about the economy but because of Rick Santorum a dialog about faith, family, and morals has been front and center.
Santorum was right to do so, after all this is the Republican primary and home of the Christian Conservative Right the largest voting block for the GOP. This is not a marketing ploy either to garner support to win the nomination. Those who have known Rick Santorum for sometime always praise him on character and how steadfast he is with his beliefs. So Santorum is quite comfortable taking charge and leading the party back to the right because this has been his position since the get go unlike some of the other Republican candidates who are now scrambling trying to out conservative each other and distance themselves from their own past.
The media is also trying hard to put on the back burner issues of morals and saying its not that big a deal but there’s Santorum putting them back out front again and again and again. Whether America wants to admit or face it morals or the lack there of is the number one reason for the decline and mess America finds herself in.
So I congratulate Santorum for opening dialog that needed to be opened.
Dealing with Ron
Rep. Ron Paul – The most unifying and divisive political figure to enter the arena in a long time. Even though Rep. Paul has been in public service for years it is just now during the last election and this current one that he is a household name and just mentioning Ron Paul starts a debate, either for or against.
Paul has been in public service for years it is just now during the last election and this current one that he is a household name and just mentioning Ron Paul starts a debate, either for or against.
The Ron Paul phenomenon has attracted people from all age groups but number one is young people. Young adults, college kids and others who may never of wanted to get involved but are now. Whether Paul wins the nomination or not doesn’t matter his footprint has been felt in the GOP. If young people are not alienated by being shut out or become disillusioned they will be part of the reshaping of the Republican Party in the near future.
On some things Paul is way out there but on others we could learn a lot from him especially on financial concerns. So it’s time to welcome Ron Paul and his supporters to the family whether we like it or not.
Friends,
First it was Pawlenty to drop out, then Cain, Bachman and now Huntsman. That’s why it is so important to study the entire field of candidates and not just pick one that you like but pick multiple choices.
This way if one drops out and it happens to be your first choice you will be ready to rejoin the fight with your other picks.
The nomination process is as volatile as a Cleveland weather forecast and you need to be prepared for anything.
So I hope everyone is staying involved because our real battle comes in November when it comes time to take on Obama and remove him and his socialist agenda.
mitt gets religion - second look
Message body
Friends, let me set the table before you read this email from my archives. I am so glad I have saved all my old writings since all of what is playing out this election is really just a rewind of the '08 election season.
In this writing from 4 years ago the only names you have to change is Rudy Giuliani and replace it with Newt and Huckabee change that to Santorum whom I feel still will be rising to the top and shortly.
For those who may not remember Mitt Romney shunned the Value Voters Debate in Florida in Sept. '07 but when Huckabee made character and religion an issue he panicked and gave that ridiculous religion speech. Mitt's main foe at the time was Rudy until Huckabee rose up but this year Mitt's foe is Newt, and Santorum well he is the Huckabee that will be the Iowa surprise.
Be honest, wouldn't you rather of had Huckabee over a McCain and Obama? Well lets not be regretful again, lets support Santorum.
Give me your feedback.
Mitt Gets Religion
Did anyone one watch the PR event put on by Mitt? I didn't and I should of known this was coming. Mitt just doesn't get it. Why is he pulling out the religion card when no one brought it up? I'll tell you the reason, the reason is Governor Mike Huckabee, a candidate the Romney camp didn't figure on rising to the top. They now have someone else to contend with other than Rudy.
Suddenly Mitt Romney feels the need to verify his stance on his Mormon faith and God in general. I'm sorry the timing is wrong and way to late. Where was Mitt during the Value Voters debate in September? If he was so concerned that people understand his religion why didn't he attend it and make his beliefs known then? This issue would of been settled months ago. But now he is trying to look religious to the Conservative Right which was not a concern of his until Huckabee started wooing them to his side. Now its a priority.
There is two ways to go with your faith, you can either live it by example such as Rep. Ron Paul or you can come right out such as Allen Keyes or Mike Huckabee have and say this is my faith and what I believe. But for Mitt to give a speech weeks before the primaries open is an act of desperation.
Mitt doesn't understand that his Mormon religion is not as much of a concern as him changing positions on issues, especially on moral and social importance. I am not a Catholic or a Baptist but would vote for Allen Keyes or Mike Huckabee as our religions agree on whats most important from one God, the Virgin birth, Jesus, the crucifixion and resurrection. Likewise I may vote for a moral conscience Mormon BUT one that is consistent with his beliefs.
Which Mitt should we believe in, the one that now says he is pro-life and family or the previous one that was pro-choice and supporter of the homosexual lifestyle? If as he says he is now pro-life and family did this conversion come on suddenly and recent or was he dishonest in his views running for Senate and Governor of Massachusetts and lied to get elected? Either way can we trust him that his beliefs are genuine and cemented to the right or will he change back once elected?
Same with the issue of illegals. Mitt attacked Mayor Rudy Giuliani for NY city being a sanctuary city but in Massachusetts the state he was governor there were three sanctuary cities plus he had illegals working at his mansion. These are the reasons why Mitt Romney is falling and Mike Huckabee is rising to the top not because of his Mormon religion. It has to do with character and being firm in beliefs. I have never heard Rep. Ron Paul waiver in his views or Mike Huckabee, that's what America is looking for, a leader with a strong stance.
Since Mitt brought up the religion card I will leave him with Matthew 5:37 which reads: But let your ‘Yes’ be ‘Yes,’ and your ‘No,’ ‘No. Or saying it in modern political language it would read simply: Don't be a flip flopper.
For those who may not remember Mitt Romney shunned the Value Voters Debate in Florida in Sept. '07 but when Huckabee made character and religion an issue he panicked and gave that ridiculous religion speech. Mitt's main foe at the time was Rudy until Huckabee rose up but this year Mitt's foe is Newt, and Santorum well he is the Huckabee that will be the Iowa surprise.
Be honest, wouldn't you rather of had Huckabee over a McCain and Obama? Well lets not be regretful again, lets support Santorum.
Give me your feedback.
Mitt Gets Religion
Did anyone one watch the PR event put on by Mitt? I didn't and I should of known this was coming. Mitt just doesn't get it. Why is he pulling out the religion card when no one brought it up? I'll tell you the reason, the reason is Governor Mike Huckabee, a candidate the Romney camp didn't figure on rising to the top. They now have someone else to contend with other than Rudy.
Suddenly Mitt Romney feels the need to verify his stance on his Mormon faith and God in general. I'm sorry the timing is wrong and way to late. Where was Mitt during the Value Voters debate in September? If he was so concerned that people understand his religion why didn't he attend it and make his beliefs known then? This issue would of been settled months ago. But now he is trying to look religious to the Conservative Right which was not a concern of his until Huckabee started wooing them to his side. Now its a priority.
There is two ways to go with your faith, you can either live it by example such as Rep. Ron Paul or you can come right out such as Allen Keyes or Mike Huckabee have and say this is my faith and what I believe. But for Mitt to give a speech weeks before the primaries open is an act of desperation.
Mitt doesn't understand that his Mormon religion is not as much of a concern as him changing positions on issues, especially on moral and social importance. I am not a Catholic or a Baptist but would vote for Allen Keyes or Mike Huckabee as our religions agree on whats most important from one God, the Virgin birth, Jesus, the crucifixion and resurrection. Likewise I may vote for a moral conscience Mormon BUT one that is consistent with his beliefs.
Which Mitt should we believe in, the one that now says he is pro-life and family or the previous one that was pro-choice and supporter of the homosexual lifestyle? If as he says he is now pro-life and family did this conversion come on suddenly and recent or was he dishonest in his views running for Senate and Governor of Massachusetts and lied to get elected? Either way can we trust him that his beliefs are genuine and cemented to the right or will he change back once elected?
Same with the issue of illegals. Mitt attacked Mayor Rudy Giuliani for NY city being a sanctuary city but in Massachusetts the state he was governor there were three sanctuary cities plus he had illegals working at his mansion. These are the reasons why Mitt Romney is falling and Mike Huckabee is rising to the top not because of his Mormon religion. It has to do with character and being firm in beliefs. I have never heard Rep. Ron Paul waiver in his views or Mike Huckabee, that's what America is looking for, a leader with a strong stance.
Since Mitt brought up the religion card I will leave him with Matthew 5:37 which reads: But let your ‘Yes’ be ‘Yes,’ and your ‘No,’ ‘No. Or saying it in modern political language it would read simply: Don't be a flip flopper.
Has Glenn Beck been listening to Carey
Friends just about what I have been saying since I made my decision to vote Santorum for president back in April Glenn Beck now echos.
I have been calling Mitt the white Obama and Beck - well, he calls Newt almost the same thing without coming right out and saying it. But Beck does one up me and calls Newt a progressive.
And what does Beck says about Mitt? He would have a horrific time voting for him. As I said all along, Mitt is establishment and IF ITS MITT - I SIT!
Glenn's take on Paul and Santorum? He is between the two, you can't argue with Paul on fiscal and Constitutional matters but concerning Israel he is with Santorum who he is a big fan of. I have said that all along.
I will add two more reasons for Santorum, the national security issue of homosexuality and drugs. YES those two are national security issues. Paul is to lax on them.
So Tea Party people, the tea party is suppose to be about values, moral, God, country, Constitution, fiscal responsibility.
We found our candidate, its now time to support him. And NO MORE I like Santorum but he can't win so I like Newt or Mitt. You are playing right into their socialist web.
Stop saying it and start supporting Santorum.
back from a brief hiatus bringing to you news carey style
Cain couldn't remember the women who accused him, Perry couldn't remember the departments he would cut and the rest of us just wish we couldn't remember what we been seeing. I think we are all debated out.
Even though Gingrich was excited for the last debate on foreign affairs and said I look forward to this debate after all I am an expert on affairs.
Jon Huntsman released his secret weapon, his three daughters. Not to be out done Mitt Romney released his, Donny and Marie.
Donny & Marie will do a new rendition of their hit song I'm a little bit country and I'm a little bit rock & roll but it will be revised to Mitts a little bit country and Mitts a little bit rock & roll. Its a perfect song for Romney who talks out of both sides of his mouth.
Speaking of rock & roll Herman Cain admitted the real inspiration behind his 999 plan happened while in college. Cain said he had a financial awakening while listening to the Beatles Revolution Number 9 … number 9.... number 9 …..
The biggest difference I noticed between Obama and the Republican candidates for president is Obama wants to control the size of individuals while he grows the government and Republican's have the opposite stance.
VP Joe Biden was in Euclid recently. I think its the perfect place for him to visit. After all Euclid is a model city of what the Democratic Party can do.
Biden then went to visit the three people in the Occupy Cleveland movement. He said don't give up, if Obama and I lose our job we will be joining you so hold the fort.
I think its wonderful how so many people are camping out in tents these days. Is this part of the go green plan?
That’s why I don't call homeless people homeless people, I call them outdoors men.
Seriously though, does anyone see the irony in whats going on? We have the Occupy Movement camping out in tents protesting Wall Street and Corporations and then we have people camping out in tents to shop at corporations.
If Gander Mt. wanted to make some real money they would set up a pavilion at the Occupy Movement and give lectures on how to camp out urban style, they probable would sell a lot of tents.
Another thought on this, on the front page of the News Herald was a photo with caption of three people, listing their names and telling about how they camped out in front of Best Buy to buy large screen TV’s as Christmas presents. Don't you think their surprise was given away? And wouldn't you be disappointed if you were part of that family and saw that front page and didn't receive one of those Tv's but a gift card instead?
The Penn State scandal is still being talked about, quite sad. Where's Santorum when you need him?
My worker and I had to sign in with security at an office in downtown Cleveland. The black security guard asked if we were brothers? I said nope no relation but you know us whites, we all look the same. He replied Ya know I've heard that before.
And lastly for those of you keeping track of words not to use around Muslims. Here are just two of the many words Pakistan has condemned as anti-Islamic: Athlete's foot and Flatulence.
Well that stinks.
FURTHERMORE - The news letter of America News and Views October 27th
America News and Views news letter - FURTHERMORE
Host Bob Murphy, Liaison for the Tea Party Carey Masci, National Commentator Mike Gutierrez and our special guest US Senate candidate Rusty Bliss were in the studio.
_____________
The show for Thursday the 27th was quite different than those in the past. The topics we are now covering are definitely expanding. In this newsletter I am going to write about a few topics from my notes that we never got to.
But first I would like to briefly mention the Tea Party gathering on Monday the 24th I held for US Senate candidate Rusty Bliss at the Greek House In Wickliffe which by the way has terrific food. Rusty Bliss fielded questions from the energized and knowledgeable group that most candidates wouldn't even entertain but Rusty did and he answered them. Just a great time, thanks to everyone who attended.
________________
Joe from the Euclid Tea Party requested that we talk about another Euclid scandal that's brewing.
According to an article in the News Herald Euclid Mayor Bill Cervenik is quite uneasy about a short conversation he had with Jimmy Dimora in 2008. Cervenik insists that phone call with Dimora did not influence his decision to support Neteam AVI a company with ties to Michael Forlani a businessman accused of bribing Dimora. The RTA board the following day voted unanimously to award a $1.2 million contract to Neteam AVI. Cervenik said his decision was made a week earlier that he would support them.
As much as I hate how things are run in Cuyahoga County this is still America where you are innocent until proven guilty so we will have to wait to see how this unravels.
But this I do know, the more layers of government you have the better the odds of corruption are. And anywhere where you have a stronghold of one party rule, especially Democratic, corruption can be found because of no checks and balances,
Cuyahoga needs to be flushed out, layers of government reduced and do away with anything unconstitutional such as mandatory house inspections which is another area of local government that breeds dishonesty and used as an extension of the law to go after people who speak out.
________________
I need to repeat something I already wrote, it is about Euclid council voting to oppose Issue 2. Remember this is the same city that is charging an additional fee to residents for street lights because they could not afford safety forces. So does it make sense to oppose Issue 2? Well of course it does as long as residents don't gripe and complain about the added fee, most just roll over dead and pay. And pay they will even more so if Issue 2 fails. Heads up, get ready to open your wallet if it does.
Saber rattling could get ugly. I have been keeping an eye on a conflict going on now about a year. It is between the Philippines who are friends of the US and China.
Taken from a Yahoo Philippines news source:
China, Taiwan and four Southeast Asian states, including the Philippines and Vietnam, have conflicting claims over the Spratly Islands and other atolls in the South China Sea, an area believed to have rich deposits of oil and gas. It is also a rich fishing ground. Claimants to the sea have been trying to cool tension after a series of disputes this year, including when Chinese patrol boats threatened to ram a Philippine-contracted survey ship in the Reed Bank in March.
I clearly understand what Rep. Ron Paul says that we should not be the policemen of the world because it is not Constitutional but I also agree with Sen. Santorum that if we don't who will because here is a case of what should we do? IF China does use force they would crush the Philippines who are one of our strongest Pacific Rim allies. Do we just sit idly by and do nothing or do we get involved in another conflict?
So many problems across the globe some you don't even hear about.
Mitt Romney Man of Integrity
Friends,
Did you watch the debate? Poor desperate Perry! Of all things he could of attacked Mitt on he reached wayyyyyyy back to 2007 or was it '06 about the illegals working at Mitts mansion. There are so many other facts to bring out about Mitt that are way more relevant.
I tried my best to locate the article about that in my vast resource of at least 600 articles or emails that I have written or researched on various topics. But no luck but I did find an email titled Mitt Romney man of Integrity that I sent out on January, 2008 when I was a delegate for Mike Huckabee. Read these links and you will understand, at least I hope you do, of why I have been trying to derail the Mitt train.
Tell me your thoughts about these links.
About the debate... I thought Bachman looked very very good, Santorum is still the most Conservative with no bells and whistles to prop him up, Newt had his good moments and Ron Paul is still pluggin' away never waiveing on his message that America is broke. Decent debate.
The Mitt & Perry Show though is getting old very quickly. They need a 30 minute sitcom. It would be a hit. Sort of like the Odd Couple but political style. I would love to be the writer for it.
My thoughts on the second Republican presidential TV debate on CNN
My thoughts on the second Republican presidential TV debate on CNN.
First I like to bring up the moderator was extremely annoying with his grunts trying to hurry up the candidates he wanted to rush. Secondly, those lame little questions - deep dish or thin crust pizza. Who cares. The dumbest question by John King was when he said that Cain wanted to ask certain questions to Muslims but not to Christians or Jews. Why was that so hard for John to understand? Who are we at war with? Newt finally spoke up on this issue explained why and put the question to rest. And lastly the last few minutes of the debate was stupid and a waste of time.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
One candidate that gets no review other than my thoughts on him, is Mitt Romney. Everything from Mitt's placement in center, the longer time given to answer questions and it even seemed he got more questions than the others is set up for him to take the prize.
Mitt has changed his stance and opinion on a quite a few issues. Mitt at one time said he would do more for the gay agenda than Teddy Kennedy but now he is for a Constitutional Amendment that defines marriage as between a man and woman only. He seems too packaged, too prepared and will say anything to get elected. Enough on him. Don't trust him.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
The candidate I was surprised to see finally given recognition was Ron Paul. Usually they have him placed on the flank and he is hardly ever shown. He has worked his way into the lime light or maybe I should say his supporters got him there. Either way its good to see. He hasn't wavered in his views or opinions.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
I was glad that the issue of an amendment defining marriage was raised. Santorum, Bachman, Pawlenty, Romney and Newt were for it and gave excellent reasons why. Paul blurted out his answer but I couldn't understand it, still don't know if he would support the amendment or not.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Pawlenty had some good moments but at times sounded to much like a politician with little substance. His recognition of the vet who had asked a question had no merit, Mitt had just thanked the same person. To politician like, just not needed, seemed to canned.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Gingrich's intelligence and grasp of issues was superb, as was Paul's knowledge.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
So who was the winner? I thought four came out on top. These four looked presidential and gave solid answers. In no particular order they were Gingrich, Bachman, Santorum and Paul. Cain was also very close in the running.
Looking at this crop of candidates I don't find much weakness. I like this field of candidates way better than the ones who ran in '08. And compared to what the Dems are offering this is a far more moral and qualified group. Pick one and we should be OK.
Santorum gave the key sentence in the debate when he said ..you need to look at the authenticity of a candidate and looking at their record over time of what they fought for.
And that's where we come in. If we expect this country to turn around we best research each candidate to insure we get the right person elected as its up to us to educate and inform people of who is the correct choice because if we leave it up to the media they will give us another Obama or an unstable moderate that America may never recover from.
