OK here it is my presidential picks for 2016.

OK here it is my presidential picks for 2016.

Lets take a look at my past picks. I wrote this in January 30, 2008.

I said back in May '07 they have groomed McCain as heir apparent to the throne of the president.  He is going to get steam rolled by the younger, youthful and more energized Obama and if its Hillary EVERY Democrat will go out to vote for her.  The only guy that has a chance is Huckabee to defeat and unite this party.  Strong veteran bill of rights, pro life - pro marriage and DUNCAN HUNTER endorsed him.   It seems long ago, Hillary and McCain were the picks.  3 things got in the way, Obama - Huckabee - Mitt.  Obama may upset the Dems applecart, Mitt has enough money to hang around and Huckabee said he isn't going anywhere and is in for the long haul, so there is a bit of light left.

Well I was right McCain would get the nominee after some back room deals to get the Mitt-nipulator to back off until the next presidential election and Obama did upset the Dems applecart even though it was only Hillary's applecart.

In December 29, 2010 I wrote this

In case you haven't figured it out yet here is my prediction for the presidential election in 2012.  It will be Mitt Romney as the GOP nominee against Obama and Obama wins big.  Keep an eye on Hillary, she is jockeying for position.

Well I was spot on there. Hillary did indeed jockey for position resigning as Secretary of State in November of 2012 thinking she is the next inline to be president. The first woman, the first wife of a president to become president it is all set for her but is it? Forget about the scandals those only matter to those on the right side of the spectrum. We have created a two party hate system of voting so the Democrats would vote for Satan to stop a Republican from winning and so would the Republicans do the same to stop a Democrat. What may stop Hillary is her haggard old looks and her phoniness. Now I am stepping way way out here but I think the person to keep an eye on is our Old Buddy John Genghis Khan Kerry.

It has been over 10 years since Kerry ran for president and there are a host of new voters out there who are not aware or care about his past. He almost survived the Swift Boat veterans in '04 which won't be a factor this time. America is far different now then 10 years ago. A war protester of a past era is far more palatable in this anti-war climate we are in. America is tired of the wars. Kerry looks more energized and though he is a far out liberal he doesn't have nearly the baggage of the old bag herself Hillary. And remember Kerry took over as Secretary of State when Hillary resigned.

Now the Republican side pick is on Rand Paul. First lets run down some on the list of GOP hopefuls. Huckabee had his moment in the sun as did Santorum. Though they tried to cozy up to the establishment they haven't cracked it. Huckabee and Santorum hung on to long in their runs which did not sit well with the party higher ups. They can split some of the votes with the Carson show but it won't cut it.

Every election there is one candidate we love but just doesn't have it and that is Ben Carson. The east coast Fat Cat Christie just can't unify the party. Won't happen. Rubio and Cruz are just to right of center and won't do anything but get some tea party votes besides they shouldn't even be running, they are not natural born citizens as is Obama, correct me if I am wrong.

That leaves us with Jeb Bush and Rand Paul. Wow the money is on Bush but the Republicans need to the Conservative Right and the Tea Party to win, even though they don't like them or want to admit it, so my pick is on Rand Paul.

Rand Paul has kissed the Elephant god's ring by endorsing Romney over his father which got him a spot to speak at the 2012 GOP convention and he endorsed Mitch McConnell. The Tea Party will be silenced as they finally have their man and the Republicans have their man to do what they want while throwing bones at Rand by allowing him to do just enough to keep the Right thinking things are going their way. Rand is being reshaped into an ineffective Reagan.

My vote goes to my conscience and will vote for the Constitution Party candidate first. And if the Constitution Party candidate can't make the Ohio ballot because of the GOP bill SB193 I will vote Gary Johnson. I don't agree with Johnson on some issues at all but I trust him, The Republicans I agree on almost all the campaign issues but don't trust them at all. And that's the difference.

Another liberty group a front for the Republican Party?

Friends, I received this survey from the Lake County Liberty Coalition. This is the response I sent to the Executive Director of the group Chuck Laughlin:

I quit the survey because you have it tilted towards Republicans. They are mentioned first without mentioning Constitution Party or Libertarian, I won't fill this out. Please correct so we can all participate or I will encourage others not to take part in this also.

Dear Patriots,

We are conducting a survey for the 2016 GOP Presidential primary.  We would love to get your feedback.  Please click here to go to the survey.  The survey shouldn't take more than five minutes to complete.

When we stop getting responses or it gets close to convention time, we'll publish the results.  In all probability, we'll provide some feedback at our May meeting.

Carey's decision

Friends,
  In May I mentioned a decision I made concerning my involvement with the Republican Party.  I never did a follow email informing what it was.  Though most of you may find this anticlimactic because I’ve been quietly promoting my new position and you already know.  While others I’ve tried in vain to reach out but they haven’t respond back.  I assume it is still blowback to my opposition to the last Republican presidential nominee.

  To those who don’t know the climate is now right to reveal my decision with all the infighting in the Republican Party.  The GOP has made it known the Tea Party faction is too extreme and not part of the “Their” agenda or “Their” party. Just some examples over the last few months Senator John McCain said he may vote for Hillary if Rand Paul got the nomination and the Tea Party is limiting what the Republican Party can accomplish in Congress.  House Speaker Boehner and House Leader Cantor came out against Representative Steve King for his comments about illegal’s and drug running.  More recently most establishment Republicans including Speaker Gingrich have distanced themselves or talked unfavorably of Senator Ted Cruz.

  There is also another reason for this decision besides what I have mentioned already that is equally as important, it is the fact that both major parties have become increasingly liberal and eerily the same.  The two party system has divided us and has all of us fighting amongst ourselves while our country continues to slide morally and financially.

    I am tired of compromising my beliefs, looking hypocritical for supporting candidates that are opposite of my views and tired of being used just to help someone win an election while they forget their promises. I know I am not alone with these sentiments and finding myself on the outside looking in. At the 2012 election night party for Lake County Republicans I spoke with a minister and he said Carey we (Christians) are barely tolerated in the party.

 Christian, Conservative, Tea Party, and ALL Patriots simply put we are not welcome in the GOP.  We are there to get Republicans elected and that’s all.

  So my decision is this; I have resigned completely from the Republican Party and have been nominated Lake County Chairman of the Constitution Party of Ohio.

 The Constitution Party was the only party who had a presidential candidate in 2012 that embraced true American values that we are trying hard to hold on to or restore.  It is for these reasons amongst others why after much study and personal conviction that led me to resign and choose the Constitution Party as the party to be involved with.

  There is much work to be done to further the Constitution Party so I write this not to convince you but for you to give deep consideration to joining.  If interested in getting involved or wanting to know more please contact me at your convenience.
Chairman Lake County Constitution Party of Ohio

On the eve of the third debate of 2012 here is my review of the first two

Presidential Debate: I am one of the few who thought Obama won. He seemed a little annoyed like why am I here debating this guy? If you would say he lost I feel its because Obama took it to lightly. Mitt’s mannerisms were a little to hyped, to rehearsed, not natural compared to Obama who kept his cool and looked forceful and presidential.

  If I wasn’t informed and basing it strictly on a visual performance I say Obama won. BUT since I am quite knowledgeable I just don’t trust either one so no matter what they say I can’t believe it. I wouldn't want either one of them behind me during a bar room fight, neither one would have my back and would probably say anything to save themselves. The only reason I watched this debate was because a friend insisted we watch it to see how many times Mitt said something stupid.

The VP Debate I like Paul Ryan that’s why I watched this debate and have more of a review. In fact someone asked what my thoughts were of Mitt choosing him. I said I like Paul Ryan so much so that if you could guarantee that Mitt would die in office I would vote for him just so Ryan could take over. Unfortunately Ryan got thumped by Biden in the debate.

Here are the things that stood out to me, in no particular order here they are:

 The car accident story. What was Ryan thinking about when he brought up the story of a car accident? They have so much prep and rehearsal before a debate that this was just pure boneheadedness. It was supposed to be a warm and fuzzy feel good story of Mitt helping a car accident victim instead it made me feel so sorry for Biden who lost his wife and daughter in a car wreck. The heartlessness of this made my distaste of Romney grow even more.

 47% of people on public dole. That does sound horrible doesn’t it? But Biden explained it quite well and forcefully that not all of the 47% are people who are on government help are leaches.

 Syria. I was always one to support the military and in favor of going after rogue countries that disrupt peace BUT lately because of many reasons I have been rethinking my old thinking. The way Biden spoke about Syria made me ask these questions: How many more countries can we get involved in? Do we start another war? Where will the money and manpower to fight this new front come from? We can’t let these nations continue to hold the world’s peace hostage but do we really want to start another war?

  Embassy attacks and the death of Americans. I am sickened when I think of the inaction of this president. Ryan drove home the point.

Abortion Ahhh We slide to the left. Pro-life Ryan adopts children umm no I meant to write adopts Mitt’s policy of abortion only in cases of rape, incest and the health and life of the mother. It uncovered Mitt once and for all he is pro-choice. PERIOD!

In closing. Biden showed up, Ryan was too nice, Biden debated. I like that. Biden debated and hard. He interrupted and he was vocal. These events are nothing more than staged Hollywood productions so it was about time someone tried to at least give a semblance of a real debate and this may be the closest we will ever witness.

MITT MITT MITT - FURTHERMORE - The news letter of America News and Views Jan. 19th

America News and Views news letter - FURTHERMORE
Host Bob Murphy, The Chairman Dale Fellows and Liaison for the Tea Party Carey Masci, and joining us by phone was Chris Boggs a specialist in organic search engine optimization.

I think I should start out by explaining the statement/question I made to Chris Boggs. Dale Fellows was not sure if what I said would be mistaken so to remove any doubt I will reword the question.

The question is - Could SOPA lead to the policing of blogs and the removal of anyone from posting if they write against such things as homosexuals and could it even lead to it
being considered a hate crime for doing so? I have personally felt the sting of political correctness and had a submission to a well-known site blocked.

The article I submitted was about DADT.  In their exact words they wrote: As a whole, the article would be offensive to homosexuals, and thus it cannot be accepted.

So we can longer voice are opposition to unnatural life styles?

Next topic.
I am so upset with our primary and election process. If something isn't done soon we will be no better than in some third world countries where they completely manipulate elections in favor of the ruling party or ruler or candidate of their choice.

The constant barrage from the media proclaiming that in the end Romney will win it anyway so everyone else should just bow out and get the primary over with. Has our vote become so meaningless that the media can trumpet the winner before we even voted?

That’s why I am so adamantly set against Mitt.  Besides his previous record as a governor and the stances he ran on in his bid for the senate I am tired of them force-feeding us Mitt Mitt Mitt.  Its gotten to the point where you turn on the weather and the weatherman says its hot out today wonder if Mitt is sweating.  Our founding fathers fought to give us the right to vote and we are seeing it evaporate before our eyes.

Even though I am a delegate for Santorum I think it is a real shame that candidates like Bachman, Perry, even Pawlenty bowed out because of the financial strain and
they lacked resources to battle back against the media. There are still 47 states that have not had a say and yet we are ready to crown a winner.

Some how we have to limit the amount of money that candidates can spend. How this can be accomplished I am not really certain but it has to be addressed other wise its no longer may the best man win but the richest man or the chosen man.

Along with limiting campaign finance maybe its time to have a one or two day primary.  The first date would be to whittle down the field and then in 3 months have another that declares the winner this way all states have a say.

 I have to throw one more thing out.  I know this may hinge on conspiracy but I am very cynical with all that is going on.  I along with many others across America stayed up way late to see the outcome of the Iowa Caucus.  The tallies were coming and then it stalled at about 97% returns in with Santorum holding a very slim lead.  A good half hour passed and then it was reported there was a mistake.  They announced the votes that recently went to Santorum are going to be reversed and will go to Romney.  And then suddenly they declared Romney the winner.  As you know last week the outcome was changed and Santorum was declared the winner.

 Again maybe this sounds too much like a conspiracy but to me it seemed like they denied Santorum the victory to give Mitt more of a bounce into New Hampshire and take some steam away from Santorum.  Even now you hear some pundits say Iowa was just about a virtual tie but before it was a win for Romney.  Makes you think doesn’t it?
Carey Masci

Friends,
SOPA was defeated.  Think about that.  Americans can still hold onto their freedom when we unite for a just cause.  Stay informed, stay active and help educate those who are being led down the wrong path.

Its up to us to make sure America continues to be a free nation.
Your Friend,
Bob Murphy

FURTHERMORE - The news letter of America News and Views Sept. 22nd

America News and Views news letter - FURTHERMORE

Host Bob Murphy and Carey Masci were joined by US Senate Candidate Rusty Bliss and former State Rep Candidate Mike Gutierrez
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
It was a full house in the booth as we had the pleasure of Mike Gutierrez dropping by. Mike is back from a short exodus to California. He is one of the most gifted speakers I know, just a natural. Mike gave us info on SB5 and the mess California is in.
And Rusty Bliss he is always welcome, he is the Tea Party candidate for Senate. A great guy with a lot of enthusiasm for life.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

I am still stumbling around at times on air. My problem is I have so many thoughts that want to come out all at once that they just collide in midair and come out broken.

Where I was headed when I said iron sharpens iron is this:

We are in the campaign season for presidential candidates where strong heated debates are not only needed but healthy. This is the best time for exchange of ideas and visions. This is when candidates are made or broken, where the weak are separated from the strong. This is a time when whomever wins hones his or her skill to represent America. If a candidate can make it through the campaign season and win a grueling primary, then that person is ready for the job of president because its that trying.

As supporters and delegates we also are in this fight as if we are running for president, if you are going to be effective to get your candidate elected that is how you have to think.

America is on a downward spiral right now. No one is denying this. We have seen what has happened since the Democrats have been elected. We are witnessing firsthand the failed policies of Liberalism. If America has any chance of correcting her path, it has to come from within the Republican Party. The question is which candidate?

This current field of Republican candidates is a very diversified group. There is a candidate for EVERYONE! No one has been left out.

If you lean more on the less government Libertarian side of being Republican you have a choice between Rep. Ron Paul or Gov. Gary Johnson.

If you love the thinking and morals of President Reagan you have Sen. Rick Santorum who mirrors him in many ways,

If you feel its time for a woman to step forward and one that has dignity and intelligence there is Michelle Bachman.

If you want a true black American, a businessman, someone with morals and one who truly loves America, Herman Cain is your man.

Anyone one of these candidates I feel would represent America well and have her best interest in heart.

So keep in mind this is the campaign season, we are suppose to have some in party fighting, we are suppose to try and beat our fellow man but also remember when its over, we need to unify because the real enemy of freedom is in the Whitehouse, that is our goal to remove liberalism and restore America.

Carey Masci

Friends,

This is the information age. At no other time in history has so much knowledge been available to man. There is no reason for any of us here in America to vote ignorant. All of us because of the computer, the 24 hour news channels, radio shows, even our show America News and Views, can educate ourselves quite easily if we want to.

We are in a battle, our country is in danger. So please educate yourself on the candidates. Make a choice, get involved, support him or her. And if by chance your pick doesn't make it, regroup, get on board with the person who does win the Republican nomination because America's hope rests with the party of morals and values and of course.... God.

Bob Murphy

America News and Views news letter - FURTHERMORE Sept. 8th

America News and Views news letter - FURTHERMORE

Host Bob Murphy and Carey Masci were in the studio with co-director Greg Sasse of the newly formed Lake County Ohio Tea Party.

I have been asked, Does this mean Carey you are no longer president of the Lake County Tea Party?

If you have been listening to America News and Views or for those who know me quite well, I am more grassroots. My strong points are writing which I blog frequently on different sites, sending letters and emails which I constantly do, and meeting people that I try my best to inform as many as possible no matter where I may be on important issues and current events.

Also I am more involved on the western end of Lake County and the eastern end of Cuyahoga County, specifically Euclid. What co-director Greg Sasse will do with the newly formed Lake County Ohio Tea Party is expand, hold rallies and meet ups. So it was no problem them stepping in and grabbing the title. But I have already been in discussion with Joe Udovic of the Euclid Tea Party, who does basically what I have been doing, into maybe joining forces and calling it the Lake Tea Party. Since Euclid is obviously by Lake Erie and I live in Lake County I think the name fits perfectly.

Either way I will still be the voice of the Lake County Tea Party and if you have any news, meet up or gathering let me know and I will spread the word and talk about it on air.

There is room for everyone. As long as each group formed sticks to solid Tea Party principles of less government and being on the moral side of issues there should be no problem. We just need to remember we are ALL in this together.

I like to bring up something that I stumbled all over on the show. I brought up the issue of how our government always seems to rebuild roads that don't need them and then I talked about the Philippines. The Philippines which is suppose to be a third world country gets it. The Senate President Enrile wants to take road tax money and use it in other areas that really need the money. In this article in the Philippine Star he goes on to say good roads are inexplicably made to undergo repair or destroyed all together to make way for new ones. He wants to stop this.

How many times do we see this in the US? Plenty. The reason is it makes it look like your tax dollar is being well spent. We all see the road work being done and we think our dollars are at work. But have you ever gone into the inner city? I shop on occasion on Buckeye and Woodland in Cleveland. Those roads look like bombs were dropped on them. These roads need the repairs. Why isn't money being used there? Because, call me crazy if you want, but I believe one of the reasons is because those people are going to vote Democratic anyway so why do anything.

That's why we do not need another Obama stimulus plan. More road projects in areas that are not needed. Money misspent. This is not how you jump start the economy.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~`
The September 8th show was about limiting government, socialism, welfare and the importance of the Tea Party movement. If we are to turn this country around it has to center around this movement AND lets never forget GOD. The Tea Party needs to hold true and steadfast, not waiver, push the Republican Party back to its roots. Whether its a home group, a local meet up group, or part of a larger national group, stay informed and involved.
I am proud to be a part of this historic Tea Party movement, one that will be talked about years and years into the future as a defining moment and movement in American history that restored freedom and our country to its founding principles. God Bless America!
Bob Murphy
Don't drink the tea? - Republican presidental hopefuls square off in Tampa Monday (Tea Party Debate)
This is pure BUNK shame on America and thee media for manipulating our election.
This is a Tea Party debate??? Oh really? CNN and the Tea Party Express? The Tea Party Express should now be viewed as hostile to our movement, do not support it, stick to your home groups. Shame on you and the rest for believing this is actually a Tea Party debate.
A tea party debate should be for true tea party candidates.
Mitt Romney is an immoral liar, and Huntsman is is a Rhino plus he is way behind in the polls and yet they allow him in the photo but exclude Santorum who has character and morals.
Any Tea Party group knows that Romney is a globalist and being built up as the candidate only so when the presidential election comes he will easily get defeated by Obama. Wake up and quit drinking the tea. Toss is back into the harbor.
Protect your mind from such nonsense, watch the debate with guarded eyes. Do not believe all you see and or hear. Its a sham!
Carey Masci
phil. 4:7
Tampa, FL -- The eyes of the political world will once again be on Tampa Monday when the eight leading Republican candidates for president square off in a national debate from the Florida State Fairgrounds.
Scheduled to participate in the "Tea Party Debate" sponsored by CNN and the Tea Party Express are Minnesota Representative Michele Bachmann, businessman Herman Cain, former House Speaker Newt Gingrich, former Utah Governor Jon Huntsman, Texas Representative Ron Paul, Texas Governor Rick Perry, former Massachusetts Governor Mitt Romney and former Pennsylvania Senator Rick Santorum.
The event will be moderated by CNN's lead political anchor Wolf Blitzer, who says the toughest part of his job is to make sure the candidates all get equal time.
"When you have eight candidates up on a stage you try and be fair, you want to make sure all of them get as much time as the others," Blitzer said.
But unlike other debates, the moderator will not be the only one asking questions on Monday. Audience members will also be allowed to quiz the candidates. Plus, questions will be taken from Tea Party members at debate watch parties in Arizona, Ohio and Virginia.
In addition, Blitzer says people at home will be able to submit questions online through Facebook, Twitter or www.CNNPolitics.com.
"When I interviewed President Obama in Iowa a few weeks ago, I got a lot of good questions from my Twitter followers. When I interviewed D*** Cheney in Los Angeles, I got a lot of good questions from Facebook or Twitter, so this interaction with people out there is really great."
Subjects expected to be discussed on Monday include the size of government, social security, taxes and, of course, the economy.
Blitzer adds his hope is that voters come away informed.
"My hope is that people will emerge from the debate a little bit smarter and have a better educated vote than they would before.
Monday's 2-hour debate begins at 8 p.m. and can be seen on CNN. Share Twitter Facebook
America News and Views news letter - FURTHERMORE
Host Bob Murphy and Carey Masci were manning the mics on August 18Th as co-host Dale Fellows was up north in Canada and prominent lake county attorney Geoff Weaver could not make it.
While Dale was fishing Bob wasted little time before wading into the murky waters of whats going on locally and nationally, so many issues, so many problems, so much to talk about.
Furthermore....
Bob asked Carey what is going on with Euclid you have a problem with them. Carey said Bill O Reily gave a short description of socialism, its when government takes over commerce and property. This is in parallel with the horrible housing policies of Euclid. Socialist policies that make it extremely difficult to sell houses in Euclid. Realtors have been asking Euclid to please ease up.
A new proposal being looked at is even worse then the current rules in place. It has landlords taking classes with the Euclid Police and housing department and EPD maintains contact info. This is not only big government which we are fighting against, this is HUGE government.
Euclid is trying to change results without changing the cause that made the result. Bob understands and says it stems from inept leaders, NO vision. What needs to be done is repealing of the mandatory house inspections which are unconstitutional and put in place a system that is based on laws being violated. If a house is deemed unsafe from the outside or repeated calls to the police or housing dept from neighbors, then you have probable cause to enter.
Bob also made comments on how they have destroyed the real estate market by micromanaging. Its all grinding down, the government has a strangle hold on free enterprise which ties in with Obama.
How did Obama get elected? By anti-American sentiment. People no longer want to work, they want their entitlements, they want the government to take care of them. All anti-American thinking. Bob feels that at least 35% of people living in America are anti American. What this country needs is a strong pro-American leader, someone who makes you feel proud and patriotic.
Carey explained what the straw poll in Iowa showed. The results showed that its not the economy stupid its the morals. Three of the top four spots were won by moral Christian Conservative Candidates and the one that doesn't waiver the most in his message is Rick Santorum. If you want this country to turn around you need a strong moral person as president.
It was an informative 30 minutes that challenged the voting public to get involved. It's up to us to change things.
I don't bash just to bash, I do it to make a point, I do it to inform and educate, I do it because I love this country. I still believe America is the beacon of light to the world. Its up to us to make sure it continually shines.
Your Friend,
Bob Murphy.
The TOP 10 REASONS for the falling stock market
Well well well, stocks are falling faster than Obama's approval rating but hey who is really to blame for this?
I have heard many different reasons for the tail spin, including fear, sluggish economy, no jobs and even the Tea Party is to blame - Wow I feel important!
So I want to clear up the confusion and present to you:
The TOP 10 REASONS for the falling stock market according to the Obama administration:
10. It's Bush's fault.
9. It's Bush's fault.
8. It's Bush's fault.
7. It's Bush's fault.
6. It's Bush's fault.
5. It's Bush's fault.
4. It's Bush's fault.
3. It's Bush's fault.
2. It's Bush's fault.
And THE NUMBER ONE REASON for the falling stock market according to the Obama administration is:
                                                        It's Bush's fault!
From tax cuts to 2012
Well is everyone having fun watching the game of chess being played in Washington? If you haven't figured out what is going on let me give you my take.
In short, both sides are already campaigning for the 2012 election. Lets take a closer look at this.
Don't you find it a bit strange that the unemployment benefits that were extended ran out the same time the Bush tax cuts were about to end? Some timing huh?
I have to call the Republicans out first because quite frankly I am tired of the games while my country burns. Lets go back at least the last 4 or 5 elections, probably more. What was the battle cry? You have to elect Republicans to stop the homosexual agenda, we kept hearing about Christian/Conservative causes. Did they do anything while they held majority? Nope. Now it seems they got all the mileage they could out of that and its not that big of a battle cry anymore especially when former first lady Laura Bush says she is OK with same sex marriage.
The new carrot being dangled is tax cuts. You need to elect us to keep the tax cuts in place. They used this in the last election and will continue to use it. If not, why aren't the Repubs in power doing all they can to stall until the newly elected reserves will add to the GOP numbers and instead of a two year extension fight to make the tax cuts permanent? Am I missing something?
And on the other side we are now hearing Pres. Obama say we need to work together and compromise. Where was this talk while his socialist agenda was being pushed on us? Now we need to work together?
Furthermore, Obama promised change but he is using an old playbook, even had to call Bill Clinton in to steady his ship. He realized that he lost a major battle in the November elections. So Obama had to back track, surrender and in 2012 will come out as a moderate and say I extended the tax cuts and lengthened unemployment benefits. Brilliant. The dog and pony show the far left is putting on is just that. They need to keep their liberal/ socialist base happy by fanning the flames of class warfare - tax the rich, give to the poor!
They understand the game plan is almost the same one Slick used. Have the president look and act some what moderate but underneath keep the liberal plan in tact. What they will do is hinder, block and try to make life hell for the GOP. If they could make enough Repubs compromise and screw up, the Conservative Right voters will stay home and whamo we are back to square one and the Left will be back with a vengeance. Every time the Dems get in power its a slow tightening of the noose as more of our liberties are weakened or taken away.
So really nothing has changed maybe the new comers will be different but as of now both parties are up to the same old same old. Its all about winning elections and 2012 rather than doing what is right for this country.
Look at the Blue Dog Democrats that lost. Obama trys to spin it as they lost because they were too moderate and not following the liberal agenda. The truth is the Blue Dogs lost because the Democratic Party did not support their reelection. But hold on, the same scenario played out in the Republican Party. The GOP could of won a few more seats if they would of backed some of the Tea Party candidates as Christine O'Donnell. She didn't follow the establishment plan and they didn't back her.
Which brings us from tax cuts to the 2012 election and who the nominees for president will be. But I know you hate reading anything to long so you will have to wait until my next email.
A FOLLOW UP message from Terry - 61 years Young
Carey,
My quote of “vote the incumbents out.” was an extreme generalization for my friends.
After sitting with the gang (ALL BABY BOOMERS) and trying to talk Politics, it seemed much simpler (for THEM) to ask all to just “vote the incumbents out”.  IF I convinced them to even Vote at all next Tuesday.
Carey, you ARE correct in that we DO have a few Incumbents that deserve a second try.  It is just there are too many Politics As Usual heads on the entire Team in Washington that (in the words from the movie “Charley Wilson’s War”) …get to vote YES a lot!”  It seems in my view, the simpler of directions for my friends to be heard and help make the change.
I grew up a Democrat. UAW member, then with the Teamsters. Kennedy was Assassinated on my 14th Birthday.
I look at my children and see how they suffer today, but they try to keep a straight face. Their smiles are worn and few.
Disillusioned I voted for Perot. I now support the Republicans AND the T Party.
IF Newt Gingrich runs in 2012 HE is my man of choice.
Next Tuesday we need to set the stage for his arrival.
Thanks
TB
A message from Terry - 61 years Young
Friends,
 I so much share Terry's pain not only for the financial upheaval and uncertainty in my life but also because Terry is a special friend of mine and I feel deeply for him.
Terry is gifted on so many fronts that I won't even begin to list all that he has done or accomplished. A man with his intelligence should not be in the position he is in. And I know there are MANY of us who feel the same way about our predicament.
As much as I look to Terry from time to time for advice I need to make one correction in his statement below.
He reiterates over and over vote the incumbents out.
I disagree with that statement. There are a few races I know of that the incumbents are not the problem. The problem is the Socialist/Democratic agenda. A return to true Conservative principles is the answer. Why don't people see this?
The Socialist/Democratic agenda has undermined or morals, job base, freedom, interfered with our religion, it has ruined the America we use to know.
How people allow George Soros to fund the legalization of marijuana with a million dollar donation is a travesty. One of the most used tools before any country falls or is taken over by a dictator is liberal drug policies. Drugs dope the youth and masses into puppet slaves that will follow anything as long as they get their fix.
The manipulation of house values just to raise property tax. The class warfare to raise minimum wage to over 7 dollars has hurt small businesses and caused layoffs. The global trade deals which almost all can be traced back to the Clinton Administration. The take over of our houses such as what Euclid, Ohio is doing. I could go on and on. What do all those things have in common? Not one of those listed have the backing of the true Conservative/Tea Party movement. They are all part of the Socialist/Democratic agenda to bring America to her knees to be ruled by a global body.
VOTE OUT or DO NOT VOTE for anyone with a D by their name or any Rhino Republican. If there is no choice other than those two, leave it blank.
Carey Masci
May God Help US.
To all my friends on shore from an old dingy - with a leak in it,
Next week PLEASE vote, Vote with your mind OPEN and HEART Intact. Haven’t YOU had enough?
YOU OWE IT TO YOURSELVES – YOUR FAMILY – YOUR HARD EARNED DOLLARS, not someone else.
YOU OWE NO INCUMBENT YOUR PRECIOUS VOTE. Send the message.
We can no longer sit by and NOT vote so we can bitch a storm about its outcome, with free conscience.
Get out there and vote. If you no longer think you count. GET A GRIP, Vote. Send the message.
If you are Fed-Up and Devastated by the same old/same old, vote EVERY Incumbent OUT. Send the message.
If you are Fed-Up and Devastated by empty BS promises that disappear or some how come back and bite WE THE PEOPLE in the ass, vote EVERY Incumbent OUT. Send the message.
If you are Fed-Up and Devastated by our jobs and tax dollars going overseas or to illegals here who have NOTHING invested in what we have today, vote EVERY Incumbent OUT. Send the message.
If you are Fed-Up and Devastated AND have the slightest inkling as to how we are ALL going to get taxed totally out of our comfort zone starting 01JAN11, vote EVERY Incumbent OUT. Send the message.
(If you have little or NO idea what I am talking about above, referring to the new 2011 tax laws, get off YOUR Soap Box, put down the remote, get out of Face Book, climb up out of the Recliner, FIND OUT BEFORE YOU VOTE, THEN vote EVERY Incumbent OUT. Send the message.)
I live in Michigan all my life where the unemployment rate is at an all time Historical HIGH, even over the devastating numbers after the 30’s market crash AND even over those following WWII, when the War Production Employees hit the bricks.
My home is now worth only 78% what it was back in 2005. I bought it in 1987 for $94K. Appraised for my refi’ in ’05 at $204K. After 5 kids weddings, Home Improvements, and one or two nibbles at the American Dream, I now owe 17K over what it is (appraised) worth = $160K !
Remember, I am using the word “WORTH” ! The last home sale here, in JUL, 2010, 4 blocks away, about 98% identical home to ours, Sq Footage, Lot Size, Bells & Whistles, Upgrades, Overall Condition (only actual difference is my bricks are the White/Gray Italian VS their std Brown Rustic tone), wanted $140K - went for $115K after being on the market for 26 MONTHS……. I counted last night on a cruise looking at just a 5 block radius of my house, and there are 21 homes for sale.
We tried one of Obama’s FHA Real Estate/Mortgage Adjustments = DENIED, then the NEW Totally FHA sponsored/backed Refi’ = also DENIED.
GET THIS, without putting it IN WRITING of course. “YOU’RE TOO OLD ! ”
ITS ALL BULL SHIT!
THEN 08SEP10, (along with 40+ other Detroit Metro employees) notified ALL our jobs have been moved to Florida . BUT thank GOD (remember HIM) its still in the states, ay? I am Unemployed as of 08NOV10.
With the above Real Estate Facts staring us in the face, I could NOT afford to MOVE/RELOCATE to South Florida .
My wife of 41 years is semi handicapped. We have 5 kids and 12 Grandkids.
Cost of living within 25 miles of that Florida work location is 8% to 12% higher than here.
Home owners insurance is almost DOUBLE what it is here. THAT doesn’t include the Florida State Mandated Flood Insurance rider either.
Auto Insurance is almost DOUBLE what it is here for the same car in South Florida .
The ONLY upside is GAS there is 4¢ to 6¢ cheaper (IF you drive around and HUNT it down) than up here.
Oh I forgot to mention NO-ONE would be receiving any Cost Of Living RAISE (or ANY pay increase) when relocating.
Yet they keep saying the turn around HAS BEGUN….. WHERE?
So much for MY personal problems. We’re not alone though.
SO vote EVERY Incumbent OUT. PICK AND CHOOSE. Send the message.
Business AS USUAL is OVER.
WE are the NEW Special Interest Group.
WE The People: who live and work, have lived and have worked, (legally) HERE.
PLEASE?
Terry
Just remember if they take ANY of your Constitutional rights away this will just be the start.
Look at any country in history when the citizens lost their right to defend themselves they were made into slaves!
Germany, Italy , Japan , USSR and any other entity! They banned guns in Australia and crime went up 400% in some of their areas.
England has basically banned guns and crime is real bad there too.
KYPD and be sure to vote for a person that will stand up for our CONSTITUTION! ! !
OUR ENTIRE CONSTITUTION !
i truly do not understand the times we live
Hey Gang,
I truly truly do not understand the times we are living in. So many people keep saying the same thing. This is not the America I know. Nothing is making sense.
For instance. Neil Cavuto last week had Mort Zuckerman on as a guest. They were discussing the Bush tax cuts which are about to expire. Mort is for ending the tax breaks. Neil asked Mort if it would be better if they were delayed a year before ending them? Mort answered with Never is a good time to do it. Then why in blue blazes is Mort for ending the tax cuts if never is a good time to do it?? Can you explain this to me???
Another liberal host was grilling a Republican senator over and over and over again with - Would you say that the Bush tax cuts are costing the US billions? The Republican kept saying spending needs to be brought under control and slashed. You screwball host... he did answer you, if you would get spending under control you wouldn't need billions of dollars from people. The tax cuts aren't costing the US billions, spending is! Someone tell me, am I making sense here?
And what about McCain winning again? Has he done anything all these years about the illegal alien mess in Arizona? Has he acted as a true conservative? And yet they reelect him. So much for getting rid of Rhinos.
And then we have the 2 faces of Sarah. Sarah Palin campaigned in Alaska for attorney Joe Miller, a self-described constitutional conservative and someone who had the backing of the Tea Party. But then Sarah campaigned for McCain in Arizona. IF she is truly about country first then she should of forgot about paybacks. Unless she is just in it for the ride and money.
During my battle with Euclid the previous attorneys I had all said be quiet and no more writing. But when I hired Tim Grendel he said sure you can write about whats happening JUST BE TRUTHFUL.
 Well friends if we are trying to change things we need to put a face to our writings, meaning a name. To many times I am sent something and people say you can forward it but delete my name. What good does that do? When that is done it makes it seem that the email was something made up. I understand not forwarding email addresses because of spammers but a first and last name should be included. Many times people ask me if they can forward my writings and then they say I can take your name off. I immediately say NO send it as is. If its the truth what do I have to hide. If we are trying to change things we need to be bold and stand up for our cause. Think about it.
SO MANY laws and NEW taxes and NEW fines are being passed daily. I just can't believe it or keep up. We no longer have to be fearful of just foreign countries or even radical Islam. There is a much greater threat to our lives and liberties. Its our own elected officials, our peers, as they are selling us right into bondage all in the name of raising revenue for the government. No longer is it the government of the people, its the government against the people and they are forcing us to support them. As with my battle with Euclid. I finally worded it correctly when I told someone, I can no longer afford to support Euclid. And that sums it up perfectly.
What were my thoughts about being on Breakdown Radio WELW
Quite a few have been asking well what did you think, do you think it went OK (being on Breakdown radio WELW 1330 am)? Some of you I have answered already but for the rest here's my take. Mike didn't have a long lead in, it was BAM right into my situation. I started of with a few stumbles but think I steadied myself enough. I listened to it a few times since then and think I did a better job of bridging thoughts.
The hosts, Mike & Josh, were challenging and were not completely one sided with me. They were balanced and honest. I am pretty harsh with criticism of myself and always think I could have done better but for the most part I believe it went quite well. I told my folks really though it's not how I think it went but how the audience perceived it. And judging from the positive feedback it was successful.
Mike as well Dov and I have been going back and forth on the trouble I find myself in with Euclid. They agree the laws Euclid has set forth are wrong and anti business but ultimately they think it's my fault for not researching or going along with the rules since they have been on the books. After thinking this over YES I concede they are right. As the saying goes buyer beware and I believe it can apply here. BUT you have to give me this, the first house I bought was in '93, you cannot even begin to compare then to now. There was NO need to really look into ordinances. In fact I paid to have the house inspected not really knowing back then what to look for. Euclid was no where to be found and so I bought my second house thinking things were the same.
The most important thing that I hope we don't lose sight of is this, America is in deep trouble friends. DEEP TROUBLE! Whether the rules were on the books and I didn't research them this is just wrong that any level of government can take that much control over someone's property. And two years of fighting this and trying to rally support from elected officials and the populace has really got me no where. Euclid keeps on coming and coming and coming with no let up. As I said on the show, a very simple explanation from Bill O'Reilly of what Socialism is - Socialism is when the government takes control over property and commerce. Thats what we need to keep in mind. Thats why we are attending the Tea Parties. Thats why people are protesting. Thats why you are seeing a resurgence of people looking at the Constitution. This problem I have with Euclid really involves all of us, whether you see it that way or not. IF they can come after me and demand entry or jail time some other city or our federal government can come after you.
And as Mike said this does give me a testimony not only when we reach conclusion which ever way it may go but also for warning people to look into the laws and don't take anything for granted.
This is not the America we use to know - no one is safe.
A Closer Look at the State of the Union 2010
Its been a week since the State of the Union Address but it is still very important to take a closer look at it. What I am worried about is that President Obama will tone down his positions and sound more of a moderate until after the elections, and the Tea Party and populist anger will subside or possibly abandon their cause and will be willing to give him and the Democratic party another chance. We can not let this happen, America can not afford a two term presidency from this man. We must unite and fight back against socialism on all levels.
I also wanted to be fair in my review and as unbiased as possible about the State of the Union Address so I did not read or view any commentaries. I was not able to watch the speech but did read it twice, line by line and slowly. The first time I did it seemed it was OK but there were a few red flags. The second time I read it the faults and inaccuracies really jumped out. I encourage you to read it.
So instead of giving yet another review of how good or bad it was I am going to hi-light paragraphs that showcase how much of a socialist, globalist and liar President Obama is. There is possibly other paragraphs or phrases you could pick out but these are the ones that bothered me the most.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Taken from the State of the Union 2010
But to create more of these clean energy jobs, we need more production, more efficiency, more incentives. And that means building a new generation of safe, clean nuclear power plants in this country. It means making tough decisions about opening new offshore areas for oil and gas development.
Red flag number 1! Don't believe him. CNN Sun August 3, 2008. "When I'm president, I intend to keep in place the moratorium here in Florida and around the country that prevents oil companies from drilling off Florida's coasts," Obama told reporters in Jacksonville in late June.
Obama campaigned against McCain with the opposite stance of opening up areas for oil exploration. Oil prices have been steadily rising once again. He has had a whole year to reverse the ban and hasn't done it. Now we are suppose to believe him?

Red Flag number 2 It means continued investment in advanced biofuels and clean coal technologies. And, yes, it means passing a comprehensive energy and climate bill with incentives that will finally make clean energy the profitable kind of energy in America

If this alludes to the Cap & Trade legislation be worried, very worried. A quote from Senator Voinovich ....if this would pass there would be pocket-numbing decreases in household incomes

Red Flag number 3.
Third, we need to export more of our goods. Because the more products we make and sell to other countries, the more jobs we support right here in America. So tonight, we set a new goal: We will double our exports over the next five years, an increase that will support 2 million jobs in America. To help meet this goal, we're launching a national export initiative that will help farmers and small businesses increase their exports, and reform export controls consistent with national security.

The first problem we have is what does America make that we can export? The other point is why are we so worried about exporting? Why not build it here and buy our own products? Why don't we rescind some of these trade deals that dump cheap and dangerous imports on our shores? You want to help farmers, stop food from entering made in China. This is nothing more than globalism!

And that's why we'll continue to shape a Doha trade agreement that opens global markets, and why we will strengthen our trade relations in Asia and with key partners like South Korea and Panama and Colombia.
Key partners like Panama and Colombia? Obama was against trade with Panama because of being known as a tax haven for corporations. In fact Obama cosponsored a bill with Sen. Carl Levin and Sen. Norm Coleman titled The Stop Tax Haven Abuse Act which has Panama listed.
And.... From the CFR website: In a March 2008 speech, Obama has also criticized the U.S.-South Korea FTA, which he said is "bad for American workers." The deal "would give Korean exports essentially unfettered access to the U.S. markets.
Now he wants to trade with S. Korea. Which Obama do we believe?

Part 2 next posting.

Take a bow but don't relax

Well Brown has won the senate seat as I thought he would. Now lets dice it and slice it a bit.
First I want everyone who has been involved in any tea party event, protest, letter writing campaign to take a bow.. It is this sort of action that is starting to ignite and inform America of what is going on. Without this kind of effort Obama and the Liberal Commies would already have us in lockdown. Thank you. BUT lets not get complacent and think the fight is over. OH NO. This war is ongoing and I feel won't go away. We are in a fight not only for our individual freedom but also for our country. Evil never sleeps.
As much as this was a very important victory we need to keep things in perspective. Please keep in mind the newly elected Senator Brown is more of a moderate. But I guess in a liberal state like Massachusetts and taking over a seat once held by one of the most liberal senators ever it is a step in the right direction. We now need to keep an eye on Brown and make sure he adheres to his campaign promises.
What I am worried about is what happened back in the 90's when the Republicans were gaining in numbers could happen again. Most on the right side thought it was great the suden surge and growth. But it was because of Slick Willy and all his misdeeds that caused politicians to move to the right or join the Republicans back then. They were riding the wave of the populist angst and the disgust of the Conservative right as we are now. And what happened? The Conservative movement that Reagan spawned gave way to moderates. And what did moderates give us? Arlene Specter, John McCain to name just two. So we need to reorganize and as we gain in numbers lets be careful who we allow in. More moderation or pseudo Republicans will doom the momentum the Conservatives are now showing and allow the Left to stay in power or grow even stronger.
So enjoy this victory but lets get back to work!

The Massachusetts Senate Election

Massachusetts.
Unless you have turned off all media you should be aware of the Senate race in Massachusetts for the seat left vacant by Sen. Ted Kennedy. Republican Scott Brown and Democrat Martha Coakley are in a tight race. BUT did you know that there is a third candidate running? Joe Kennedy, no relationship to the liberal Kennedy clan, The Tea Party Candidate as his website calls him.
Its quite sad that most haven't even heard of him. I watched the debate on C Span and didn't realize Joe was even involved because most of the questions asked were directed at Scott and Martha. When Joe was asked a question it was "Of the two candidates which one do you agree with the most?" What an insult.
Until we can treat a third party candidate with respect and give equal time we are going to get more of the same. I understand you can't give equal time to everyone running, as in California's governors race where you had a prostitute and a naked man amongst others campaigning, BUT in a three person race it can and should be done.
Either way, this does show an anti-Obama and anti-Washington race as its two against one. Republican Scott Brown and Independent Joe Kennedy both oppose the health care and the direction America is heading versus Democrat Martha Coakley who is for health care and the Democratic agenda.
This is a bellwether not only for the upcoming elections in the fall but also Obama's presidency. If Martha wins its all hands on deck and lets push through healthcare and whatever else tax or program President Obama wants. There's no stopping them. If Scott Brown or Joe Kennedy win look out its going to be a stampede from Democrats to distance themselves from Obama so they can stand a chance of being reelected.
In my opinion I believe Scott Brown will win and even though he is more of a moderate Republican, if he does this could be such a strong shot across the bow by taking a seat held for some many years by an extremely liberal Democrat that Republicans could sweep the upcoming elections and make a Obama a one term lame duck president.
