MITT MITT MITT - FURTHERMORE - The news letter of America News and Views Jan. 19th

America News and Views news letter - FURTHERMORE
Host Bob Murphy, The Chairman Dale Fellows and Liaison for the Tea Party Carey Masci, and joining us by phone was Chris Boggs a specialist in organic search engine optimization.

I think I should start out by explaining the statement/question I made to Chris Boggs. Dale Fellows was not sure if what I said would be mistaken so to remove any doubt I will reword the question.

The question is - Could SOPA lead to the policing of blogs and the removal of anyone from posting if they write against such things as homosexuals and could it even lead to it
being considered a hate crime for doing so? I have personally felt the sting of political correctness and had a submission to a well-known site blocked.

The article I submitted was about DADT.  In their exact words they wrote: As a whole, the article would be offensive to homosexuals, and thus it cannot be accepted.

So we can longer voice are opposition to unnatural life styles?

Next topic.
I am so upset with our primary and election process. If something isn't done soon we will be no better than in some third world countries where they completely manipulate elections in favor of the ruling party or ruler or candidate of their choice.

The constant barrage from the media proclaiming that in the end Romney will win it anyway so everyone else should just bow out and get the primary over with. Has our vote become so meaningless that the media can trumpet the winner before we even voted?

That’s why I am so adamantly set against Mitt.  Besides his previous record as a governor and the stances he ran on in his bid for the senate I am tired of them force-feeding us Mitt Mitt Mitt.  Its gotten to the point where you turn on the weather and the weatherman says its hot out today wonder if Mitt is sweating.  Our founding fathers fought to give us the right to vote and we are seeing it evaporate before our eyes.

Even though I am a delegate for Santorum I think it is a real shame that candidates like Bachman, Perry, even Pawlenty bowed out because of the financial strain and
they lacked resources to battle back against the media. There are still 47 states that have not had a say and yet we are ready to crown a winner.

Some how we have to limit the amount of money that candidates can spend. How this can be accomplished I am not really certain but it has to be addressed other wise its no longer may the best man win but the richest man or the chosen man.

Along with limiting campaign finance maybe its time to have a one or two day primary.  The first date would be to whittle down the field and then in 3 months have another that declares the winner this way all states have a say.

 I have to throw one more thing out.  I know this may hinge on conspiracy but I am very cynical with all that is going on.  I along with many others across America stayed up way late to see the outcome of the Iowa Caucus.  The tallies were coming and then it stalled at about 97% returns in with Santorum holding a very slim lead.  A good half hour passed and then it was reported there was a mistake.  They announced the votes that recently went to Santorum are going to be reversed and will go to Romney.  And then suddenly they declared Romney the winner.  As you know last week the outcome was changed and Santorum was declared the winner.

 Again maybe this sounds too much like a conspiracy but to me it seemed like they denied Santorum the victory to give Mitt more of a bounce into New Hampshire and take some steam away from Santorum.  Even now you hear some pundits say Iowa was just about a virtual tie but before it was a win for Romney.  Makes you think doesn’t it?

Friends,
SOPA was defeated.  Think about that.  Americans can still hold onto their freedom when we unite for a just cause.  Stay informed, stay active and help educate those who are being led down the wrong path.

Its up to us to make sure America continues to be a free nation.

Island tax havens factor into Romney's business success

Friends resending these links I had saved from when Romney ran for pres in 2008.  I thought I would need them again, glad I saved them.

Read the articles and blast them out.  How does the GOP expect us to support a man like this?

You're so Bain

Hey Gang,
So there I was listening to the news about Mitt and Bain and out of no where I starting singing

You're so Bain..........

You walked into the party like you were walking onto a stage
Your arrogance made all of us take a deep big sigh
Your thinking was I am the rage
You had your eye on the news as you manipulated the polls

And all your cronies dreamed they'd be your partner
They'd be your partner, and....
You're so Bain, you probably think this race is about you
You're so Bain, I'll bet you think this race is about you
Don't you? Don't you?

You almost fooled voters years ago when they were still quite naive
Well you said you were the Republican heir
and that you would never leave

But you gave away the things you loved and one of them was Bain
You had some dreams they were millions in your coffer, millions in your coffer and....
You're so Bain, you probably think this race is about you.....
Well I hear you went up to Iowa and your horse naturally won
Then you flew your jet up to New Hampshire to see the total eclipse of the vote
Well, you're where you should be all of the time
And when you're not you're with

Some establishment spy or checking on dividends
Checking on dividends , and....
You're so Bain, you probably think this race is about you.....

Sorry Carly I couldn't help it.

Santorum & Paul FURTHERMORE the News Letter of America News and Views

America News and Views news letter – FURTHERMORE
Host Bob Murphy, Liaison for the Tea Party Carey Masci, Senatorial Candidate Rusty Bliss were at the mics.
_____________
Observations on Rick Santorum and Ron Paul, two candidates the establishment didn’t figure on that would get much attention but they are and not going away any time soon.

The Santorum Effect
It’s amazing how one candidate can redirect an entire nomination process. The number one issue was suppose to be about the economy but because of Rick Santorum a dialog about faith, family, and morals has been front and center.

Santorum was right to do so, after all this is the Republican primary and home of the Christian Conservative Right the largest voting block for the GOP. This is not a marketing ploy either to garner support to win the nomination. Those who have known Rick Santorum for sometime always praise him on character and how steadfast he is with his beliefs. So Santorum is quite comfortable taking charge and leading the party back to the right because this has been his position since the get go unlike some of the other Republican candidates who are now scrambling trying to out conservative each other and distance themselves from their own past.

The media is also trying hard to put on the back burner issues of morals and saying its not that big a deal but there’s Santorum putting them back out front again and again and again. Whether America wants to admit or face it morals or the lack there of is the number one reason for the decline and mess America finds herself in.
So I congratulate Santorum for opening dialog that needed to be opened.

Dealing with Ron
Rep. Ron Paul – The most unifying and divisive political figure to enter the arena in a long time. Even though Rep. Paul has been in public service for years it is just now during the last election and this current one that he is a household name and just mentioning Ron Paul starts a debate, either for or against.

The Ron Paul phenomenon has attracted people from all age groups but number one is young people. Young adults, college kids and others who may never of wanted to get involved but are now. Whether Paul wins the nomination or not doesn’t matter his footprint has been felt in the GOP. If young people are not alienated by being shut out or become disillusioned they will be part of the reshaping of the Republican Party in the near future.

On some things Paul is way out there but on others we could learn a lot from him especially on financial concerns. So it’s time to welcome Ron Paul and his supporters to the family whether we like it or not.

Friends,
First it was Pawlenty to drop out, then Cain, Bachman and now Huntsman. That’s why it is so important to study the entire field of candidates and not just pick one that you like but pick multiple choices.
This way if one drops out and it happens to be your first choice you will be ready to rejoin the fight with your other picks.
The nomination process is as volatile as a Cleveland weather forecast and you need to be prepared for anything.
So I hope everyone is staying involved because our real battle comes in November when it comes time to take on Obama and remove him and his socialist agenda.

Your Friend,
Bob Murphy

Iowa and Ron Paul - FURTHERMORE news letter of America News and Views

 America News and Views news letter – FURTHERMORE

Host Bob Murphy and Our Boss – Lake County GOP Chairman Dale Fellows were in the booth.
Make sure you listen to the show, they do an excellent job reviewing the Iowa caucus and what it means and they talk about other news you need to hear.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
I know everything moves so fast these days and that the Iowa caucus is already old news but doing a once a week news letter like this this was the only chance I had to address it.
Well I was right about the results in Iowa wasn't I and boy was I wrong wasn't I?
I was not at all surprised that Santorum did so well. I said weeks prior he would. In fact I would of bet everything I had he was going to take the top prize so it was little consolation he lost by a measly 8 votes.
But I was very shocked Mitt placed as high as he did and Perry and Bachman bombed even though I did say Bachman would drop out immediately after. I figured it this way. I thought people were fed up with the establishment and that would weaken Mitts base with those votes going to Paul. I thought the moderately Conservative crowd would go to Perry which would draw more away from Mitt leaving him at the bottom.
If you break this down and study it this is what it shows. Once again, the masses that are spread out away from the city vote Conservative. Santorum had won more land mass by a HUGE margin. But those huddled in the cities vote more liberal and don't care as much about social issues. So all it takes is plenty of money to run ads in cities and you can win an election or come pretty close to it. That was Mitts game plan and he did it well.
This next topic may seem that I'm biased towards Santorum, I am after all a delegate to represent him, but I also represent America News and Views and the Republican party so I try my best to be fair writing these news letters. One thing I don't believe in is President Reagan's law of not speaking ill of a fellow Republican. I feel if someone strays to far or does not speak the truth or stand up for the principles of the party it should be brought out.
The candidate that is really irking me right now is Ron Paul. He has been relentlessly attacking Santorum on earmarks and calling him a big government Conservative. But if you dig deeper you see that Paul has had his share. In 2009 Rep. Paul had sponsored or co-sponsored 23 earmarks for a total of - $80,775,750 ranking him 33rd out of 435 representatives and in 2010 15 earmarks totaling $17,113,000 ranking him 242nd. (taken from OpenSecrets.org)
Worse than that is what Gov. Perry slipped in during the Saturday night debate about Rep. Paul that I don't think many picked up on. The fact the Paul adds all these earmarks and then votes against the spending bill to make it look like he is against it. So what's the difference between Paul and Santorum? At least Santorum tells you he fights for his constituents to get money for them.
Continuing on... Paul is really alienating a lot of people with his attacks whether during the debate or his ads. Ron Paul's army needs to get a hold of their man and reign him in. Santorum has said repeatedly I am not a Libertarian, I am a Conservative. So instead of Paul attacking Santorum on what he is and that is being a successful Conservative Paul should concentrate on promoting his Libertarian differences and why they are better.  This goes for Santorum also that it would be unwise to attack Paul's Libertarian position on cutting the armed forces, drugs and same sex marriage even though it does align more with Democratic thinking.
Paul has to realize he needs to meet Republicans where they agree and promote his ideas where they don't.
All this knifing and back and forth will spell doom for the party and we will either be left with Romney or Obama to vote for and whats the difference there?
Finally some traction has been made uncovering something I said months ago that Mitt is a money maker but not not a job creator. The numbers are starting to come out of his past business ventures about adding jobs.
Here is a question for you, I am tired of people being puppets of the media and repeating exactly what they say with no research. So, next time you meet me I want this question answered: Mitt stands the best chance to beat Obama and Mitt knows how to run a business because.... – WHY?  Please tell me.
Ro-Bama updated
FRIENDS, As the campaign continues on I will update as I research more about the eery similarities between Mitt and Obama. This is just some of the research I did on Ro-Bama I could have probably added more.
Mitt Romney is the White Obama. There are just too many similarities. Its no wonder why people say both parties are the same.
There is all kinds of talk about different conspiracy's well I think this is one. Why have they propped up Mitt since 2007 trying everything they can to hand him the GOP crown? Is it because he fits the globalist mold? Makes one wonder.
Well do your own research. I am sure you can find even more common ground between Romney and Obama - Ro-Bama.
Just a side note: I have told some of you wait and see what will happen if Mitt gets picked. All the occupy people will protest against Mitt for his role in buy outs and Wall Street and sure enough that is what happened in Iowa the other day. Mitts campaign headquarters were ambushed.
Hold on, its going to get bumpy
Birth Place
Rumors continue to circulate whether Obama was born here or over seas.  Is his birth certificate valid… is his presidency valid?
Romney’s great-grandfather, Miles Park Romney, fled the United States 122 years ago to Colonia Juarez, Mexico to start a polygamous colony there at the direction of the Mormon church in Utah. He eventually had a total of five wives and fathered 30 children, one of which was Gaskell Romney’s, Mitt’s grandfather, who was born prior to the exodus to Mexico. Mitt Romney’s father George was born in Mexico. Twenty seven years after establishing the polygamous colony there, the Mexican revolution drove half of the family back into the states, when George Romney was 5 years old.
When George Romney ran for president in 1968, there were constitution questions regarding his disqualification, as he was not a "natural born citizen". Since his campaign fizzled like a party balloon with a pinhole leak, the issue never reached full litigation. When Mitt was asked about this incident recently, he said that his father assumed that he was allowed to seek the presidency because "his parents were citizens."
Today, more than forty Romneys remain in the Colonia Juarez colony, including Mitt’s cousin Mike Romney. The ‘clan’ has long since abandoned the practice of polygamy and cousin Mike supports Mitts run for President.
I didn't do much talking on the show, sometimes its good to just sit back and listen. There was still plenty of good info being passed around so go grab a cup of coffee, click the link at the bottom, sit back and listen but before you do read this weeks news letter.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
The buzz has been all about Iowa and the official kick off to the presidential primary. It depends on who you listen to. When their man is doing good, Iowa is important, when he isn't, what does Iowa know its irrelevant. Iowa is indeed important as the saying goes there are only three tickets out of Iowa. I believe Iowa sets the tone and represents traditional mid-west values before heading east where liberal views are more prevalent.

Rick Santorum had this to say about this years Iowa Caucuses: Rick said There are three primaries out here in Iowa — Ron Paul’s libertarian primary, the establishment primary between Gingrich and Romney, and the conservative primary, which is me and Bachmann and Perry is trying to get into that category

I agree and that's why weeks ago I predicted the outcome would be as such – 1. Santorum 2. Paul and 3. Perry. Why? Unless Iowa has totally forgotten their Conservative Christian beliefs, forgotten how the courts intervened and allowed same sex marriage which Santorum was right there fighting it and bought into the Mitt millions and push to get him elected Santorum should corral all the Christian Right votes. Paul stands alone and will get all the Libertarian and disgruntled votes and Perry.... I believe he is a cross between Conservative and establishment and should pull all the votes from Newt and Mitt. Out of Iowa Perry is the one to watch. I think he will start to poll better.

I have been saying all along that the road to the White House is through the Conservative Right, you forget them, you ain't gonna win. I have also been saying and said this on American News and Views its not the economy stupid, its the morals and tried explaining that the phrase Life Liberty and Pursuit of Happiness comes with an obligation, it does not encompass what ever you want to do or what makes you feel good. Ron Paul forgets this and so did Mitt during a campaign stop in Iowa.

Mitt said: “They said that the Creator had endowed us with certain inalienable rights, among them life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness, In this nation, we would be free to pursue happiness as we choose”.

Now lets hear what Santorum has to say: It doesn't mean the pursuit of what makes one pleased or content, but rather the ability to do good according to God's laws..... That is what when they talked about the 'pursuit of happiness. If you go back and read the definition in Webster at the time of the Declaration, or certainly thereafter, what 'happiness' was defined as was doing good.

Huh? That's what I've been saying but whats this new definition of the word happiness? When I heard Santorum say this I hit my books but nothing I have in my collection predates 1850. Nothing online either. But while I was at my sisters telling her this she said wait I have a reprint of an old Websters dictionary.

Here it is, one of the meanings of happiness taken from a reprint of the American Dictionary of the English Language – Noah Webster 1828 reads: 2. Being in the enjoyment of agreeable sensations from the possessions of good; enjoying pleasure from the gratification of appetites or desires. The pleasurable sensations derived from the gratification of sensual appetites render a person temporarily happy; but he can only be esteemed really happy and permanently happy, who enjoys peace of mind in the favor of God.
Well that's sheds new meaning to that often spoken phrase. And really wouldn't you rather have a leader that recognizes whats right and try's to at least promote values or would you rather have a president as we do now in Obama that promotes immoral lifestyles or how about a future president that more or less says if it feels good do it?

Besides, think of it this way, if all of America would do what was morally correct or at least try would America be in the shape its in? Of course not. Our nation needs someone to lead us in that moral direction.

Friends,
I hope everyone had a memorable and enjoyable holiday. The season is always to short for me. I still thank God everyday that we can celebrate the holidays and worship as we please and politically we still can have open and free dialogues about our leaders and our nation. That's what makes America so great.
Lets never forget this.

for some reason the font went helter skelter on me and didn't have time to correct it to uniform size - sorry!

Friends, I am having much fun rereading my old articles and seeing how dead on I was, let me tell you, not blowing my own horn here, but I seldom do I miss the mark.

I remember being at the Lake GOP party after the '08 elections and making the comment that America is over, its done. The bartender over heard me and said OK you are being ridiculous. Was I?

I dedicate this old article to the Mentor 9/12 site who think I post to much, I pontificate senselessly and hate the tone of my letters.

Hey Gang,

Even though I predicted way back in May '07 that McCain would win the GOP nomination and eventually lose to a Democrat I am still numb and sickened. I feel as bad or more so then when Clinton beat Bush Sr.. It was in the '92 election that the reality of socialism was rearing its ugly head here in America after the Reagan era of self responsibility. This election, socialism has made major inroads, and possibly inroads that may never be removed. I am just numb, can't say it enough.

I watch in disbelief the people who voted for Obama dancing and singing, celebrating with no inkling of what they just did. No clue of how they sold this country out. Not a bit of understanding of the change Obama can and may bring. They dance and celebrate in ignorance, its sad and upsetting to watch.

For what reason do they celebrate? Is it the fact Obama, now the leader of the free world, is for the murderous practice of abortion and even worse against the right to life act? Is that why they dance?

Is it because Obama snubbed American values but instead embraced the homosexual community? Or our founding fathers Christian beliefs and morals but instead aligned himself with radical preachers and teachers? Is it because we put back in power the Democratic party that gave us the scandal ridden Clintons, the Barney Franks, the Jesse Jackson's?

We elect a black man strictly because of his mannerisms, his looks, his charisma, the color of his skin, his fervent speeches but still most people don't know much about him. Can we say for certainty that Obama, who's father was Kenyan, is a natural born citizen and the constitution was upheld? Where is his substance? What has he accomplished besides winning public office? Past presidents championed the cause of spreading democracy, Obama preaches more government is this why they celebrate?

Obama's plans hinges on class-warfare with his tax ideas of taxing those who work hard and make more. Obama tells you you need him to spread the wealth because you can't make it on your own. Is this the true American spirit?

What message does this send the rest of the world when Obama preaches change and hope is coming to America. Is our homeland really that bad? Do we really need change or just less government?
Is the world any safer with Obama as Command Chief. They dance in the streets for what reason?
