Cleveland topped another list for worst cities. This one for weather. The good news though is that Cleveland is still considered a city.
Euclid wants to instal red lights camera's. As a pilot program they have installed them in pencil sharpeners. Hmmmm, maybe the real point of the story is the city needs to be led. Think about that for a second, its puny.

Seriously though, how many more scandals and bad policies can a city endure. Its almost weekly that Euclid is in the paper, radio or tv. I am telling you, white flight and foreclosures are only part of the problem.
