My Gun Show Experince and Scott Rupert

Friends,
What an interesting day on Saturday. I attended my first gun show. Scott Rupert who is circulating petitions for US Senate asked for help in gathering signatures at the Medina Gun show. What a neat experience.

I have been around guns many times before but never as many as at a gun show. The next closest comparison would be in Mt. Sterling, Kentucky where they hold Court Days and people walk around freely with guns to sell or swap. I wasn’t intimidated at all in Medina, just a safe feeling. Where’s Isis?

The response was generally warm. Most everyone in attendance understands what is going on in America and the importance of getting someone in office who is pro-America and Constitution. Some wouldn’t sign the petition saying they didn’t know who Scott Rupert was. The best no was from a man who said he couldn’t sign because Scott is bald, I don’t like bald people. Scott’s mom spoke up and said Hey he shaves his head. The man in turn said Same thing. Weird.

After the Medina show I had dinner with Scott Rupert at the Greek House Grille in Wickliffe. I invited Pastor Melinda and her friend Lisa, Bob, Chris, and Mike. They got to meet Scott and talk openly with him. A great meeting with lots of thoughts and ideas thrown around. All have decided to help with his campaign.

It was a fun, informative, productive day.

The Waning Option - short editorial

People will look back at the option they had and that option was a constitutional party called the Constitution Party.

Trying in vain as many of you have in the futile attempt in sending good men wearing a Republican badge to DC or the state capitals in hopes they would save the day is disheartening to watch. The established insiders either make these true patriots irrelevant or ineffective or label them kooks.

Another problem in trying to change our government by electing true Christian Constitutionalists under the banner of the Republican Party is the uninformed electorate. Some can separate the good from the bad but those who not as involved or informed can't. They vote by party so any Republican is a good Republican as long as its not a vote for an evil Democrat. It was up to us in the various liberty groups to take a stand for truth and we didn't. Many of us also voted for the lesser of two evils.

So you want to change things or revert back to a limited government? RIGHT NOW burn any elephant idol that stands for the Republican Party. Immediately resign from all things Republican and either support Independent candidates or help build the Constitution Party before its to late and maybe it already is to late.

Worship and trust God not the elephant idol of the Republican Party. As far as the Democrats, I don't need to go there.

Know who you true friends are and be prepared, things are a changing and quickly.

A Look at the Democratic Candidates

CNN is gearing up for Tuesdays Democratic debate starring Hillary debating herself and Bernie Sanders.
Keeping pace Fox will be airing Sybil while CNBC not to be outdone will be playing The 3 Faces of Eve.

What to listen for in the debate. Keep an ear open for the first candidate that promises to give the shirt off your back to someone else.

Voters have wondered why there are so few Democratic candidates The reason is because they are either busy spending your money or standing in welfare lines.

Hillary and Bernie were in a heated exchange over spending. Bernie won by vowing to spend your great great great great great grandchildren's money.

Three other faceless candidates on the Democratic side are upset that Bernie and Hillary are getting all the attention. Collectively they wanted it known that they're just as equally qualified to be the democratic nominee. We can spend your money just as easily as the other two.

Colonel Sanders once said a chicken in every dish.
Bernie Sanders said you get one chicken, one dish and you share.

Bill Clinton said he really loves socialism. Its great to share... I been sharing my wife with other women for years.

Obama ran on the platform of change. Hillary has followed in Obama's footsteps but added a little something to it. She is running on the platform of sex change.

Speaking of sex change, Bruce Jenner is now contemplating becoming a man again. Bruce said I never realized how long the lines for the women's room are.

Old topic but ....

Old topic but just now finding time to get caught up on emails.


At the August 31st meeting of the Lake County GOP Central Committee, Jan Clair, the Lake GOP Chairwoman, distributed copies of two emails that she alleged were written by Kim Laurie.  Jan was attempting to use the emails to make her accusation against Kim.

Jan distributed her copies of the two emails to all (or most all) present with one key exception, Kim.  When Kim was provided a copy of the emails and had a chance to look at them, she immediately and unequivocally stated that she did not write them. 

Anyone who has communicated in writing, or even verbally, with Kim will recognize right away that it isn't her style of writing and even the content isn't consistent with her communication. 

Jan refused to divulge her source of the email.  Jan should reveal her source. She should also provide the actual email electronically so that the author can be identified.  Someone appears to be trying to harm Kim politically by this maneuver.

The point of this is to show what is happening currently within the Lake County GOP.  It is my understanding that none of the other officers made any effort to distance themselves from what Jan was doing or to come to Kim's defense. 

I am hopeful that the Lake County GOP officers will get to the bottom of this at their next meeting on September 28.

My reply to Chuck of Lake County Liberty Coalition when I received the email Lake GOP Officer Falsely Accuses Kim Laurie

Chuck you and Kim both decided to stay in a party that does not want us. I left and so should you. Why change a party when you can change party to one that has the same beliefs as you do. You choose to stay so this is the game you chose to play.

Trying to change the Republican Party is like trying to change the weather. You can be left out in the cold or you can move to a warmer climate.

But then I read the accusations and it came down to this:

The chairwoman (Jan Clair) then asked Kim if she stood by the statement she had made at the March meeting, if Kim is a woman of her word, and that she didn't work against Dave Joyce or John Kasich's general election campaigns last year.  Kim stated this question seemed like a set up, but answered in the affirmative that, yes, she stood by her statement.

The question I have is this:
Kim is suppose to be one of us well why didn't she work to unseat Joyce or Kasich? Because they are Republicans?

More humor to alienate the rest of you who don't know how to laugh. This is an accumulation of humor that I came up with in the last five months or so.

Rumor has it Miley Cyrus is contemplating becoming a man. Bruce Jenner immediately stepped up and said he would be more than happy to be the organ donor.

Recent research has shown that the latest mass shooters share something in common and its not a gun. They have the same hair style - bowl cuts. So that explains why Mo Howard had anger issues and slapped Larry n Curly. He never had a gun but he did have a bowl haircut.

LeBron James the best player on the planet says he needs help. Why the best player on the planet needs help is beyond me.

All this homosexual talk with everyone displaying rainbows is disturbing. Its no longer no child left behind but no child's behind left.

Native American Indians were on a rampage towards Progressive Field to protest Cleveland's usage of the name Indians for their baseball team. When they made it to the stadium Cleveland was in a midst of a rally. The loudspeakers blared out the Cavalry tune with a loud CHARGE. Native American Indians quickly headed for the hills and haven't been seen since.

A spokesman for the Native American Indians said they really aren't against Cleveland using the name Indians. Its just that its upsetting watching Cleveland baseball because its like watching the old Westerns, the Indians always lose, we just like to win once in awhile.

Pied Piper Obama has stirred up so much racism I am surprised blacks haven't stormed Pillsbury yet to beat the Pillsbury Doughboy because he's a rich fat white kid.

The Pope was upset with Obama for having a pro-abortion religious sister and a transgender woman greet him. Makes sense to me. We have one man who thinks he is black, a Catholic who is in favor of killing the unborn, someone who thinks she is another gender, meeting someone from this world who thinks he is God.

The Browns breathed a sigh of relief when they found out Manziel had a sore elbow from throwing a football and not from hoisting to many beers.

Browns 1 win vs 2 starting quarterbacks. The safe bet again this year is on more quarterbacks than wins.

The Pope is worried about climate change. Someone needs to remind the Pope that the great flood in Noah's time was due to mans disobedience and sin not from melting glaciers.

Jeb Bush came out with a statement on his plummeting poll numbers. Jeb said its Bush's fault people don't want to support me.

America has 60% of the porn business and spends billions on it. Americans are screwed.

And that gets you caught up.

Another debate ended and what was proved?

I thought I better write something and let you know I am here, overwhelmed with things to do but I am here.

Another debate ended and yes I watched most of it. I thought the setting was wrong though. They were lined up in front of Air Force One when they should have lined up in front of a hot air balloon.

So someone help me please, HELP, I think my head is going to explode. Wasn’t it Trump who constantly dogged Obama about his birth certificate? Wasn’t the Tea Party behind the Obama is not qualified as he was born in another country rant? But now we have Rubio and Cruz running for president on the GOP side and it no longer matters. In fact when I bring this up to people who were adamantly opposed to Obama because he was not a legal president are now saying I never made a big deal about it besides Cruz has an American mother. SO WHAT! So did Obama.

I will repost what I wrote after the first debate.

Cruz gets a zero as he is not qualified. I don't care what anyone says as this is fact; he was born in Canada to an American mother and a Cuban father. Is he Canadian, American or Cuban? If we are trying to restore this nation shouldn't we adhere as closely as possible to the original intent of the Constitution? We challenged Obama's legitimacy as president but now we are willing to vote for Cruz because he is a Republican? If we allow two consecutive presidents who are not natural born citizens what will stop someone who is an illegal from being president or how about someone who moves to the US when he/she is older from another country. This is a slippery slope. It needs to be stopped NOW.

Because of this I don’t take much stock into anything this group says. They are after all Republicans first and foremost. So someone help me understand. An evangelist visiting a local church here said God's choice for the next President and Vice president are Ted Cruz and Mike Huckabee. HUH, why would God speak up for a candidate that is not legally qualified? Once more, don’t get it – sorry!

And Huckabee who is supposed to be a man of God compared the GOP candidates to the A team. Why would a man of God give props to a field that contains candidates who are for civil unions and or not fighting the Supreme Court decision for redefining marriage, legalization of drugs, and soft on life issues? Remember I was a Huckabee delegate in 2008 but now, nope.

Does the GOP even have a strategy? The answer is yes they sure do, it is replaying their old ads but changing a name. In ’12 it was beat Obama over and over again. They thought they could crown Mitt, throw him out there and save the dieing elephant. Today that battle cry is beat Hillary. Here we go again folks. No vision, no nothing other than beat a Democrat.

And so it is… divide the people into two classes - Democratic and Republican. Most Democrats are happy they know what the party is about and accept it but the Republican tent is in disarray. Some Republicans are thinking we will change the party; some don’t want to change it and the one candidate, Trump, that many are circling around we really don’t know what he will do or where he stands.

Is it any wonder when people ask me and I keep telling them the same thing? Plain and simple I will vote third party. You can fight while I do the right thing by voting who I believe in. YES more than likely there will be a third party candidate you just need to do the research. Would you care to join me and do the right thing?

a late assessment of the first Republican debate

I am having a difficult time dragging myself to the computer to write anything political. Personally I am dealing with a few tragedy's and politically people have completely lost their way, I am tired of the nonsense.

However here is a late assessment of the first Republican debate which I had a hard time watching. I turned it on about a hour into it, just no passion or incentive to watch it. Years past I almost felt it was an obligation to watch but as you educate yourself realization settles in on how debates are staged events. Hard hitting lines have strategic spots to say them, what the candidates say are well rehearsed, its all staged.

In my real word this is how a debate should be to keep it somewhat organized but free flowing with candidates having to stand on their own. . A moderator throws out a topic. The first candidate to buzz in speaks on that topic for up to 3 minutes. If he strays the moderator cuts of his mic. Then each candidate after the three minutes are up can buzz in to have their say for one minute, if they don't buzz in its their fault. If any candidate rambles on about another topic in his rebuttal the moderator could cut of his mic also.

Nonetheless I did watch the last half or a bit more, did it change my mind who I would vote for? Yes for about a day and then I went back to reality – none of the above.

I sum it up this way... Trump hit a home run, he did a magnificent job, what a performance and the Establishment quietly made strides in getting their man in.

On a quick note:

On other notes:

The son of New World Order – Thousand Points of Blight Jeb Bush looked bored.

As I told you, Ben Carson may be a good man but the Carson Show won't make the late show. He will fizzle. He did nothing in the debate that stood out. Not forceful enough.

Huckabee should stick to his TV show. America likes the jokes and the jabs by this man but that's all.

The two candidates who I think will either be the nominee or make a good strong run are.... Rand Paul and John Kasich. They didn't disappoint. Rand scored points with the Establishment when he pounced on Trump for considering a run as an Independent. If Rand was so into stopping the erosion of our Constitution and freedom why would he not run independent or support someone that would run independent if it meant going against an Establishment New World Order Republican candidate? Kasich did well enough for his base which will be broadening.

I wrote this on Friday, November 23, 2012, 2:23 Here's my prediction for 2016, no for sure winner but some heavy favorites. They will try to woo Chris Christy he may have a shot at the nomination but won't make it.  The man to keep an eye on is Kasich of Ohio and unless time gets the best of her Hillary is now making her move.  She will be a tough force to take out.  The GOP could be left wandering for years as they had their chance and squandered it

The tables are being set for Kasich. Ohio is an important swing state. The first debate was held in Cleveland, the Convention is in Cleveland. Kasich may lose some Christian Tea Party support but in the end they will vote for him as they always do who ever the nominee for the Republican Party is. And forget about polls, McCain was at the bottom of the heap before he wrestled the top spot away.

Now about Trump. I heard countless times people telling me they couldn't wait to hear what Trump has to say at the debate. It actually saddened me. Instead of voters looking at substance and real issues they are looking for the candidate with the most slam dunk lines. Is this what we have resorted to entertainment debates? So Trump did his job. He hit a home run just by being there. A record number of viewers tuned in. There was excitement and energy something that would have been lacking in the GOP debate if not for Trump. All of the candidates best thank him. They have a common target to go after and people are watching.

Trump is a puzzle though. One part of me predicts he will at some point bow out and throw his support to whoever the establishment wants. Hey he did endorse Mitt Romney over Ron Paul. Or his ego could get in the way and he could run as an independent. How would he govern as an independent with no platform or party behind him, I don't know that either. Time will tell or maybe I will figure it out before then and tell.

Some humor – some serious and some serious humor from the past few months that I accumulated through emails I sent or posting from my Facebook. I am sure there is something in here for everyone to want to hurl a brick at me, oh well sarcasm and the truth must march on.

At look back at Baltimore.... Because of the riots the Orioles had to play in an empty stadium. And if Indians doesn't start winning soon they will be the second teem to be playing in an empty stadium.

The Baltimore incident was so reminiscent of the 60's protests and riots. Where the burned out CVS store stood was a sign that read - Colored Vandals Strike.

The Browns are sticking with Manziel though they promise he won't be starting, which is a good thing, every time Manziel starts he closes the bar.

Some question though if the Browns are really sticking with Manziel or if they got stuck with him.

At a recent event Manziel was being harassed by a fan, Manziel threw a water bottle and hit his target. So it looks promising for bigger things to come for Manziel, like sitting on the bench and throwing the Browns water cooler.

Patriots fans have to deal with a deflated football while Cleveland fans, well we deal with deflated hopes and dreams.

Bruce Jenner said he is a Republican. The GOP welcomed that news. They have been looking for a replacement drag queen since Rudy Giuliani stepped out of the spot light.

What does Amtrack and Obama have in common? Both are on the fast track to destruction.

The Republican Party will be hosting plenty of events in Ohio which is fitting because Ohio is a swing state and a lot of Republicans do swing, just ask Dennis Hastert.

McDonald's is in financial trouble with hundreds of restaurants closing. Their new sign will read BILLIONS AND BILLIONS LOST

Vice President Joe Biden has been warning everyone of climate change and how typhoons can flood the earth. Vice President, I read about Noah. I know about Noah. Noah was warned from up high. Vice President, you're no Noah.

Now some seriousness

How far has America fallen? I spoke with an owner of a small hardware store who was complaining about the economy. I mentioned the damage Obama-care is causing. He replied yeah but the good thing is we will be dead and not have to deal with this anymore. How old is this man? Mid 50's at best. The hope of America is quickly fading - in its place is apathy.

A friend who works at Costco told me how her health care plan and benefits were negatively affected by Obama-care. How many more stories do we need to hear before our politicians do something? Unfortunately our two party system will never rid us of Obama-care.

In March I called AT&T and complained about my phone bill being raised. I was given a promotion rate of $19.50. I asked how long would this last and the answer was this is my new rate. I received my May bill and it was back to the raised rate. I called and they are not sure who gave me the discount but the best they could do was a deduction of 50 cents. According to AT&T the rate increase was due to an increase in taxes.

Smart Meter advice from Michael

Smart Meters are a threat to health and privacy. One was installed on my house several years ago without my permission. It was installed on the outer wall of my bedroom, so I placed a copper plate and an auto battery on the inner wall to shield me from the radiation. My house has aluminum siding, which is also said to act as a shield against the harmful effects of Smart Meters.

Is this a case of irony? The snack bar at the recently opened Antiques & Uniques has been delayed from opening. There was an issue with the placement of the fire sprinklers. There was no sprinkler placed in the storage room. When they questioned the inspectors why they weren't notified sooner the reply was the building that houses the permits and plans was burned down. That's what I was told, if some in the Painesville area knows what building this was let me know so I can complete this story.

That's a wrap, brick hurling can now commence.

Friends I am reporting in from Ninoy Aquino Airport in Manila, Philippines waiting for the return flight home. What a long flight about 35 hours or so of airport and flying time. What a trip it has been. I never did the tourist thing, I got to experience the Filipino way of life. Tourist spots are OK to relax but if you really want to know the people and the city or country you are visiting you have to get away from those areas and boy did I.   
    
I was in an area called Mindanao. It is one step away from being restricted to travel. Muslims and kidnappers not only target Americans which are a prime prize but also any Filipino that appears well off or has a position such as a doctor, nurse, teacher, politician to name a few.                                          
There were things in the Philippines I liked 100 times more and then there was times I wanted to be home. One reason I wanted to return was because I really felt like I was in jail because they did not want me walking around alone. When Walt was here we didn't listen. He walked behind me watching my back and every so often I would turn around to make sure he was OK. When he left I had had enough of being locked in my room waiting until someone came to get me so I ventured out. But clearer thinking prevailed and my walk was short.

This made me reflect on the holiday we are about to celebrate in America, Memorial Day. It is because of our founding fathers AND all the veterans who fought to give us our freedom that we can go out in America without fear. And in neighborhoods that aren't safe we have the right to bear arms to keep ourselves safe. Not like in the Philippines especially Zamboanga where people do not like to go out late at night or in certain areas any time of the day and carrying guns are frowned upon. Even though the Philippines are a free republic how free are they really, domestically and from foreign invaders?

I talked to quite a few Filipinos about the stand off with China who are encroaching into Philippines waters to fish and also for natural resources. They talk of being crushed unless America intervenes and stands with the Philippines. They have a Filipino word to describe this. That word is balikatan which means shoulder to shoulder. So unless America stands shoulder to shoulder with the Philippines they are doomed. That's how they view America, the strongest nation on earth.

In closing ponder this. A person is considered a hero when he saves a family member or friend. How much more is a person a hero who saves the life of a stranger?                                                           Now go one step further, how about risking ones own life for a stranger in another country?       Would you give up your life to secure freedom? Would you put your life on the line to free a country in bondage?
Veterans have in the past and still do and how many have lost their lives in doing so? What is freedom worth to you? Enough to give up your life?

The answer - As Baltimore Burns

I laughed when I received Time magazine in the mail today. The cover reads. America 2015/1968 What has changed. What hasn't Keep reading you will understand why I laughed, maybe they are reading my blog – Ha!

Alright Friends, are you ready for the answer? I will tell you this, the guesses I received were all wrong.

Those quotes and paragraphs below were taken from U.S. News & World Report August 14, 1967. Yes it is in my magazine collection. When I read it I immediately thought of Ferguson, Mo. and now Baltimore but it could be any riot of today.

The point I want to bring out as much as we think humans progress and learn we don't! We are constantly doing what we did. I use to wonder how could the bible be relevant today, those people lived thousands of years ago and rode around on donkeys and camels and lacked any modern conveniences but besides those differences man is basically as he was, human nature has stayed the same.

So should we just disregard these current riots as it will be OK, this happened before. Absolutely not. Every time something like this happens America slips a notch. In 1967 more than 100 cities had riots. The cost to Detroit alone was close to a billion dollars. Where is Detroit today? Not all can be blamed on the riots but it has played a large part in Motowns decline.

Furthermore every time there is a mass riot with large scale looting and burning it's a step closer to the federal government taking more control of your life by instituting more laws and a bigger police state. And we know from the past where that can lead - think Hitler, Stalin, and Mao just to name a few.

What is the answer for these problems of today? I can tell you what was suggested back in 1967. On the last page is an article written by David Lawrence. The last two paragraphs of that article read:

We have been talking.... about a “Great Society”. But we now realize we have a disordered society. It is not just a question of providing material benefits. We must also reiterate and impressively sloganize the words from the Ten Commandments.

“Thou shalt not kill... Thou shalt not steal... Thou shall not covet thy neighbors house... nor any thing that is thy neighbor's.”

But that won't work in today's politically correct society where man's laws continue to grow and the importance of God lessens every day. And we know where that leads once God is removed, it leads to communism which is another lesson from the past that America is failing.

Another step towards a police state and another step backwards towards racial unity. Are all blacks to blame, no – but will all blacks pay – yes and that is what's sad.

Here is a test that I hope all will participate. I want to see who can guess what incident these articles are talking about and who wrote or said them. I changed a few words and omitted some names not to give the answer away and did not write the whole article. So lets see who is paying attention.

In the follow up I will make the point I am trying to bring to the forefront of all this madness and of course tell you if your guess is right. Now the test:

1. Governor Romney of Michigan speaking about President LBJ I think the President of the United States played politics in a period of tragedy and riot. Hours elapsed between the time I asked for help in putting down rioters.

2. Negro Writer George Schuyler …. millions of whites have fallen for the line they are responsible for the evils of slavery. The successful black has been downgraded as a self-seeking opportunist; the jobless, embittered, violence prone black has been idealized as the true voice of the people. … greed, brutality, racism has been the most consistent weapon of Communists in their efforts to undermine free society's. The black upper class has been frightened into silence by the local and national Pied Pipers who are leading gangs of dropouts and delinquents and the criminally inclined astray. The agitators gather crowds by blaming whites for all the African American ills, while the responsible black leadership either defends this falsehood, remains silent or whimpers we didn't really mean it after cities have burned to ashes.

3. I could not locate the authors name for articles 3 through 6 Americans to date have given little heed to.... that guerrilla warfare would be waged in the US. … are being organized in the US to bring the collapse of capitalism and imperialism. The struggle is in the streets of the US. Warning of a Communist scheme to exploit blacks and confront the US with a civil war. .. concept for the US is racist: black men against white men. Terror is the major weapon.

4. Outside agitators have played a role in this years riots.

5. One fact has emerged from the wave of rioting and looting, many are not economically deprived.

6. Businessmen are totaling the cost of riots – damaged stores, stolen goods, higher insurance, lost sales. Also over the long run homeowners and businesses outside the riot area will pay higher insurance rates as a result of losses from the riots. Some businesses may leave never to return.

7. David Lawrence Many have wondered if a conspiracy was behind the scenes of the riots. The evidence indicates that subversives as well as outside agitators some with communist connections have helped to incite many of the disturbances. When unwise leaders exploit this behavior we could witness a backlash from whites which can lead to anarchy.

Here is a test that I hope all will participate. I want to see who can guess what incident these articles are talking about and who wrote or said them. I changed a few words and omitted some names not to give the answer away and did not write the whole article. So lets see who is paying attention.

In the follow up I will make the point I am trying to bring to the forefront of all this madness and of course tell you if your guess is right. Now the test:

1. I think the President of the United States played politics in a period of tragedy and riot. Hours elapsed between the time I asked for help in putting down rioters.

2. …. millions of whites have fallen for the line they are responsible for the evils of slavery. The successful black has been downgraded as a self-seeking opportunist; the jobless, embittered, violence prone black has been idealized as the true voice of the people. … greed, brutality, racism has been the most consistent weapon of Communists in their efforts to undermine free society's. The black upper class has been frightened into silence by the local and national Pied Pipers who are leading gangs of dropouts and delinquents and the criminally inclined astray. The agitators gather crowds by blaming whites for all the African American ills, while the responsible black leadership either defends this falsehood, remains silent or whimpers we didn't really mean it after cities have burned to ashes.

3. Americans to date have given little heed to.... that guerrilla warfare would be waged in the US. … are being organized in the US to bring the collapse of capitalism and imperialism. The struggle is in the streets of the US. Warning of a Communist scheme to exploit blacks and confront the US with a civil war. .. concept for the US is racist: black men against white men. Terror is the major weapon.

4. Outside agitators have played a role in this years riots.

5. One fact has emerged from the wave of rioting and looting, many are not economically deprived.

6. Businessmen are totaling the cost of riots – damaged stores, stolen goods, higher insurance, lost sales. Also over the long run homeowners and businesses outside the riot area will pay higher insurance rates as a result of losses from the riots. Some businesses may leave never to return.

7. Many have wondered if a conspiracy was behind the scenes of the riots. The evidence indicates that subversives as well as outside agitators some with communist connections have helped to incite many of the disturbances. When unwise leaders exploit this behavior we could witness a backlash from whites which can lead to anarchy.

100 Year Anniversary of the 1.5 Million Armenians Slaughtered

Friends I am sure most of you have read about the 100 year anniversary of the 1.5 million Armenians killed during a genocide. When I read it I remembered that I have the February 1916 edition of Popular Mechanics Magazine which has a photo with caption of Armenian women being free of the murderous Muslems as they were called back then,

In case you can't read the words under the photo I printed them out exactly as they are written in the magazine:

Group of Armenian women and Girls, the Survivors of a Race Which has Met Hideous Torture and Slaughter at the Hands of the Turks. Although Penniless and Without Homes, These Refugees are Free from the Grip of the Muslems. 

But please keep in mind as it is today it was years ago, Muslims and Islam is peaceful.  Yeah right.

Directly under that photo is a group of what I believe are Jews being photographed and numbered in the conquered districts of Poland. Germany did this to other ethnic groups as well. And we thought it was just WWII.

Humans never ever learn from the past. We are heading right back to this today. Be prepared.

That is one thing that saddens me about today's modern media by way of the computer. What ever is posted can be scrubbed or tainted but print can last for years. That is where I turn to for much of my research the large collection of old magazines and books I have which can usually prove or back up stories of today.

A short vent.

I was a life time Republican, fighting hard to get the GOP elected and then something happened.  As much as I knew I started reading even more, researching even more thanks to the computer, attending as many meet ups and other groups as possible then I slowly realized the GOP with the exception of a small minority inside the party are as evil and rotten as the Dems, they didn't cave to Obama, they are like Obama.  Consider NAFTA, Agenda 21, common core started with Bush Sr., same sex marriage, mandated healthcare started with Mitt, gun laws such as the Brady Bill were GOP backed, shall I go on.  Jump ship.  The mask has been pulled of the elephant and there are nothing but a bunch of red donkeys like the other party.

Now I feel better!

Lets take a look at my past picks. I wrote this in January 30, 2008.

I said back in May '07 they have groomed McCain as heir apparent to the throne of the president.  He is going to get steam rolled by the younger, youthful and more energized Obama and if its Hillary EVERY Democrat will go out to vote for her.  The only guy that has a chance is Huckabee to defeat and unite this party.  Strong veteran bill of rights, pro life - pro marriage and DUNCAN HUNTER endorsed him.   It seems long ago, Hillary and McCain were the picks.  3 things got in the way, Obama - Huckabee - Mitt.  Obama may upset the Dems applecart, Mitt has enough money to hang around and Huckabee said he isn't going anywhere and is in for the long haul, so there is a bit of light left.

Well I was right McCain would get the nominee after some back room deals to get the Mitt-nipulator to back off until the next presidential election and Obama did upset the Dems applecart even though it was only Hillary's applecart.

In case you haven't figured it out yet here is my prediction for the presidential election in 2012.  It will be Mitt Romney as the GOP nominee against Obama and Obama wins big.  Keep an eye on Hillary, she is jockeying for position.

Well I was spot on there. Hillary did indeed jockey for position resigning as Secretary of State in November of 2012 thinking she is the next inline to be president. The first woman, the first wife of a president to become president it is all set for her but is it? Forget about the scandals those only matter to those on the right side of the spectrum. We have created a two party hate system of voting so the Democrats would vote for Satan to stop a Republican from winning and so would the Republicans do the same to stop a Democrat. What may stop Hillary is her haggard old looks and her phoniness. Now I am stepping way way out here but I think the person to keep an eye on is our Old Buddy John Genghis Khan Kerry.

It has been over 10 years since Kerry ran for president and there are a host of new voters out there who are not aware or care about his past. He almost survived the Swift Boat veterans in '04 which won't be a factor this time. America is far different now then 10 years ago. A war protester of a past era is far more palatable in this anti-war climate we are in. America is tired of the wars. Kerry looks more energized and though he is a far out liberal he doesn't have nearly the baggage of the old bag herself Hillary. And remember Kerry took over as Secretary of State when Hillary resigned.

Now the Republican side pick is on Rand Paul. First lets run down some on the list of GOP hopefuls. Huckabee had his moment in the sun as did Santorum. Though they tried to cozy up to the establishment they haven't cracked it. Huckabee and Santorum hung on to long in their runs which did not sit well with the party higher ups. They can split some of the votes with the Carson show but it won't cut it.

Every election there is one candidate we love but just doesn't have it and that is Ben Carson. The east coast Fat Cat Christie just can't unify the party. Won't happen. Rubio and Cruz are just to right of center and won't do anything but get some tea party votes besides they shouldn't even be running, they are not natural born citizens as is Obama, correct me if I am wrong.

That leaves us with Jeb Bush and Rand Paul. Wow the money is on Bush but the Republicans need to the Conservative Right and the Tea Party to win, even though they don't like them or want to admit it, so my pick is on Rand Paul.

Rand Paul has kissed the Elephant god's ring by endorsing Romney over his father which got him a spot to speak at the 2012 GOP convention and he endorsed Mitch McConnell. The Tea Party will be silenced as they finally have their man and the Republicans have their man to do what they want while throwing bones at Rand by allowing him to do just enough to keep the Right thinking things are going their way. Rand is being reshaped into an ineffective Reagan.

My vote goes to my conscience and will vote for the Constitution Party candidate first. And if the Constitution Party candidate can't make the Ohio ballot because of the GOP bill SB193 I will vote Gary Johnson. I don't agree with Johnson on some issues at all but I trust him, The Republicans I agree on almost all the campaign issues but don't trust them at all. And that's the difference.

Trying to reform the Republican Party?

Reflections..... Reflections usually lead to directions which should lead to corrections... which is where i am at, reflecting. Concerning politics...

This is a email conversation I had with the head of a local liberty group here in Lake County. I will post the follow up response and then I will dice and slice this further.

At this point, after having given it considerable thought, I can't see that a third party is going to be a viable option. I like that for which the Constitution Party stands. However, there is virtually no way that the established parties are going to allow a third party to win anything. Therefore, I am going to respectfully decline the invitation.
I firmly believe that the only option is to have the numbers on the GOP state and county central committee to change the direction. 
I would like to have you on board on this if you would.
If I'm missing something and you see a path forward with the Constitution Party, please let me know.

I am disappointed not only by the conclusion you made but also because I am tired of thinking that progress has been made promoting the Constitution Party only for a person to repeat what the media says that a third party can't win and in the end go back to one of the two main political party's.

Your offer of wanting me on board in reforming a corrupt and immoral party is also troubling. Do you remember I was on the Central Committee? I am now Chairman for the Constitution Party of Lake County and would never resign unless someone with more ability steps up. I am moving forward, by going back to the Republican Party would be doing just that – going backwards. 
 
Furthermore the way I have been treated by so called friends who call themselves Republicans is disheartening. This is not about me or my personality but is for the direction of this nation. Why would I want to align myself again with this polarized thinking of Republican vs. Democrat while all others go to hell?

When I met with the Chairman's of the Constitution Party of Ohio and attended my first meeting I was in a room with like minded individuals unlike Republican meetings where I have to seek out the Conservative Christians. Don't sit with them they are moderates, that group only cares about their wallet, this group is Ron Paul supporters, this is the establishment Republicans, that's nonsense and another big reason why trying to reform the Republican Party is flawed. Which group will infiltrate and take over the Republican Party? Will it be the Ron Paul Libertarians? - the Christian Right? - the Tea Party? My answer is none of the above. In the end party members will march in goosestep and still vote for the handpicked establishment Republican left standing as the prevalent thinking of its better to vote for the lesser of two evils is still being played out. 
 
Poll after poll show that a large percentage of Americans feel a third party is needed. So what is the problem? We as leaders are not giving the voting public an option. The ones who are capable of running for office or head liberty groups disregard these polls and continue the mantra of trying to reform the Republican party. Why not give the public the choice and let them decide? 
 
I have to ask this, which is easier - reforming the Republican Party as you suggest or electing a third party candidate? Both are a daunting task but do you really feel you can climb the ladder to wrestle the Republican party away from the globalists? Why go through all that when you can on the local level help elect Constitutionalists who then can run for state and national positions. You also wrote “...there is virtually no way that the established parties are going to allow a third party to win anything.” If they won't allow a third party to win why do you feel they will let their party slip from their control?

As for myself that is why I attend less and less liberty meetings, Tea Party meetings and the like. We know the sky is falling but what these groups fail to deliver on is what to do about it. Why should I go to these meetings when the rallying cry is to take over the Republican Party? Why take over a party and not take back America? 
 
So in conclusion you ask If I'm missing something and you see a path forward with the Constitution Party, please let me know.. Yes you are, the path forward is simply to unite. 
 

This is my game plan which has changed from wooing Republicans to distancing myself from them and seeking voters who are looking for another choice. I have been encouraging my friends to do these 5 things:

1. Resign from all things Republican
2. Do not vote in the Republican primary only vote on issues
3.Announce you are now part of and align yourself with the Constitution Party.
4.Vote solely in the general election for the best candidate and if none available do not vote for the lesser of two evils leave it blank
5.Just be patient and wait until the Constitution Party gets more people and candidates involved to actually vote for a Constitution Party candidate.

Additional thought that I wasn't sure how to put them in the body of the letter so placed it at the bottom here.

Lastly another thing that troubles me is voters and especially leaders who will not attend a meeting or even attempt to learn what other political parties are about. I face this many times passing out the Constitution Party literature to people involved with the Republican Party. Most refuse it. Shouldn't leaders of liberty groups at least attend a meeting to learn if anything else what the opposition is doing? After all they keep talking about the Constitution and this is the Constitution Party.

Following the War of Independence separating America from Great Britain and establishing a new free sovereign nation, our Founders set a course to establish a Constitutional Representative Republican form of self-governance, of, by and for the people of the newly formed United States with the passage of the U.S. Constitution.

Ever since, political powers here and abroad have sought to undermine, dismantle and destroy the United States and eliminate it as the world’s most free, prosperous and powerful nation on earth. 

Two hundred years later, trapped in a growing global shift towards a One World system of global governance based on communist principles of social justice, the United States would soon find itself in a silent battle for its sovereignty and security emanating from within...

Fast forward to 2004 – when a totally obscure new Illinois State Senator was paraded on to the national stage by none other than Sen. Ted Kennedy, (who had very close ties with Vladimir Putin, then head of the Russian KGB) – strangely upstaging the intended star of the show, Democrat presidential nominee John Kerry. Four years later, the man with no verifiable past would become the first truly anti-American occupant of the Oval Office under color of fraud.

His name is Barack Hussein Obama and Barry Soetoro and Barack Hussein Obama Soebarkah. He was born to a Kenyan Father and a young American mother, in Hawaii as the story goes, and grew up an Indonesian citizen for a time. He has more than twenty Social Security numbers attached to his name[s] – and six years later, all records sealed, not one American citizen can tell you for sure who or what this person really is...

But we have watched him destroy our country at light speed for six years – stirring up racial divides, seizing more and more dictatorial executive powers, taking over entire private economic sectors, importing illegal aliens and illegal Islamic “refugees” at a record pace, driving our nation to nearly $20 trillion in debt, setting records in Military KIA and WIA under suicidal ROE, losing Iraq, Afghanistan, Yemen, Syria, Pakistan and numerous others, undermining every constitutional concept, installing Muslim Brotherhood members throughout federal offices and national security agencies, as well as in numerous Middle Eastern nations by directly interfering in their elections, and swapping old U.S. allies for old U.S. enemies and placing our oldest Middle Eastern ally on the chopping block, Israel.

If the goal is to destroy the United States, no one has ever done it better than Barack Hussein Obama.

Our Founders made it possible for us to prevent such events, by placing very narrow and specific requirements for the Oval Office in Article II of the Constitution... all the American people had to do to prevent this disaster was enforce the Constitution.

The Founders kept it very simple... to be eligible for the Oval Office, President or Vice President; one has to meet the following conditions -

1. One must be a natural born Citizen of the United States, a True Citizen
2. One must be at least 35 years of age
3. One must have held U.S. residency for at least 14 years prior

That’s all, three very simple requirements established to prevent someone like Barack Hussein Obama from ever entering the Oval Office, someone with unknown, foreign, dual or divided national loyalties. Barack Obama has demonstrated for six years now that he is loyal to global interests, not U.S. interests. 

Barack Obama met condition number two and three, but he did not and cannot meet condition number one, the natural born Citizen requirement. That is the condition that should have prevented him from ever stepping foot in the people’s Oval Office six years ago. It didn’t stop him, because the people failed to enforce Article II of the U.S. Constitution, or even hold their representatives accountable for sitting silent as it happened.

Many Americans, millions, wanted the constitutional crisis addressed and resolved over the past six years, filing law suits, FOIA requests seeking information on who Barack Obama really is and where he really came from, calling for impeachment, both for the fraud that allowed him to seize the White House and the many treasonous acts he has committed while in that office.

But the political will of the masses was just not there. Million’s more would be focused only upon removing him from fraudulent power via the election booth, without realizing that he was now in control of everything, including elections and was rapidly turning the nation on its head.

Back in 2012, a new young up and coming hot shot Republican was emerging in the great once very conservative state of Texas. He was, like Obama, a Harvard trained lawyer, except he actually had more on his résumé than communist community organizing.

In a campaign interview during his freshman senate race, a GOP Texas State Committee member sat down with the young candidate to ask a few poignant vetting questions, and here are the questions and answers from that interview... (Redacted information is to protect the witness at this moment, but the witness is willing to offer sworn testimony)

Interviewer: “Hello Mr. Cruz, it's a pleasure to meet you. My name is (redacted). I am a (redacted) County GOP Precinct Chair and you have my support and vote. I have one question for you if I may?”

Cruz: “Sure, go ahead.”

Interviewer: “What is your understanding of how one becomes a natural born Citizen?”

Cruz: “Two citizen parents and born on the soil.”

Interviewer: “Not exactly, but as I don't have enough time to fully explain how one does become an natural born Citizen, based on your understanding, would you agree that Barack Obama is ineligible to be POTUS?”

Cruz: “I would agree.”

Interviewer: “So when we get you elected, will you expose him for the usurping fraud he is?”

Cruz: “No, my main focus will be on repealing Obamacare.”

Interviewer: “But Mr. Cruz, if he is exposed as the usurping fraud he is, everything he has done will become null and void. Everything!”

Interviewer: “At that point, Cruz reiterated his main concern, so it was obvious the conversation was over as far as Cruz was concerned. I thanked him for his time and wished him success in the runoff.”

That senate race was highly unusual. Redistricting had caused setbacks delaying the elections and election results. Cruz was running to replace Sen. Kay Bailey Hutchison who had just retired and vacated her seat. At the originally scheduled time for the primary, Republican Cruz opponent Lieutenant Governor David Dewhurst was well ahead in the polls. But by the time the election took place, Cruz had had enough time to slip ahead with more name recognition, in the end defeating his opponent and going on to defeat Democrat Paul Sadler in the general election, becoming only one of three Latino’s in the U.S. Senate.

That was 2012, and in July of 2013, Sen. Ted Cruz was beginning to make a name for himself, a somewhat outspoken freshman senator, sometimes frustrating GOP establishment RINOs like Sen. Mitch McConnell with his on camera grandstanding, much to the delight of his growing fan base in the Tea Party movement.

Members of the Tea Party, once focused on Constitutional Government, were beginning to see Cruz as more than just a U.S. Senator. In their search for a “real true constitutional conservative” to help regain control of an out of control runaway federal juggernaut under Obama, he seemed a breath of fresh air for millions of Republicans and Libertarians across the country.

That’s when calls for him to seek the Oval Office in 2016 started to take shape, and that’s when Sen. Ted Cruz became very concerned about a fact that he knew, but had never disclosed to the public, including during his Senate campaign a year earlier... Ted Cruz was born a Canadian citizen at birth, and remained a legal citizen of Canada, all the way up until May14, 2014.

In short, Sen. Ted Cruz was a legal citizen of Canada when he ran for and became a U.S. Senator, without ever having disclosed his Canadian citizenship to Texas voters, which under both Texas and U.S. Election law, is an act of fraud. Ted Cruz had committed election fraud by failing to disclose to Texas voters that he was a Canadian citizen in 2012.

No one can say for certain, but I think it is a very fair guess, that had Ted Cruz disclosed to Texas voters in 2012, that he had always been and remained at that time a legal citizen of Canada, his Republican opponent, Lieutenant Governor David Dewhurst, would have won that race and become the next U.S. Senator from Texas.

Ted made a huge mistake... He messed with Texas!

Soon, it was the Tea Party wave of support that caused Sen. Ted Cruz to take an interest in running for president in 2016, forcing Cruz to now deal with a fact that was sure to become public in a presidential campaign... he was a Canadian citizen.

On August 18, 2013 the Dallas Morning News published a copy of the birth records released by Sen. Ted Cruz, his Canadian birth records. The story opened the debate over Cruz eligibility for the Oval Office and unlike Obama, who had issued a number of forged certifications of live birth to support his eligibility claim, Cruz had just proven that he was a Canadian citizen at birth by releasing his Canadian birth record.

Many immediately scrambled for damage control, alleging that maybe he was a “dual citizen” at birth via his American born mother. But there were no U.S. documents supporting that claim to be found...

Enter the Harvard lawyers... the same lawyers that had been protecting Barack Hussein Obama for six years... Cruz was advised by his legal friends to immediately renounce his Canadian citizenship, which he did, on May 14, 2014... 

...and by June of 2014, friends and supporters at Fox News were beginning to clear his path to the White House by floating the idea that Ted was now a natural born Citizen of the United States, based upon renouncing his Canadian citizenship.

Of course, two critical problems remained... Renouncing his Canadian citizenship affected his Canadian citizenship, but not his citizenship records in the United States, which so far, appear not to exist even today.

As Ronald Reagan would say, here we go again, with a freshman Senator, a Harvard Lawyer, with Harvard law friends and no U.S. documentation to prove that Ted Cruz is a U.S. citizen of any type. A man with known foreign origins, and the son of a Father, Rafael Cruz Sr. who was at no time in his life a legal citizen of the United States until 35 years after Ted’s birth in Canada, when he renounced his Canadian citizenship and naturalized to the United States in 2005.

The problems were quite obvious... unlike Obama, who had taken great care to forge a false documented past before running for office, Ted had already proven to the world that he was not a natural born U.S. Citizen at birth, but rather a documented Canadian citizen at birth.

Not only had he committed election fraud by not disclosing to Texas voters that he was a Canadian citizen in 2012, now he was about to join Barack Hussein Obama in an even greater national effort to defraud all American voters by seeking the U.S. Oval Office less than a year after renouncing his Canadian citizenship.

Back on December 18, 2013, the North American Law Center was anticipating this sad moment in history when they directed a certified letter to Sen. Ted Cruz essentially begging him not to step out on this political limb, as he has many enemies ready to saw it off. Cruz never responded to that letter...

Enter the Harvard lawyers again... On March 11, 2015 – two Harvard law friends published a Harvard Law Review opinion declaring both Ted Cruz and Barack Hussein Obama “natural born Citizens” of the United States. 

The key opinion in the entire legal wordsmithing document is this...

“While some constitutional issues are truly difficult, with framing-era sources either nonexistent or contradictory, here, the relevant materials clearly indicate that a “natural born Citizen” means a citizen from birth with no need to go through naturalization proceedings.”

What the Harvard experts are saying is this, gee, we just can’t find any documents to confirm the Founders intent of the term natural born Citizen, and so, we think it means this... a “citizen at birth” is a “natural born Citizen.” 

Never mind that Harvard and Yale law buddies had already decided that “illegal aliens” are really just “undocumented citizens,” or that they long ago twisted naturalization laws to make “illegal aliens” born on U.S. soil “anchor babies” who are also considered to be “citizens at birth.”

The legal experts have now expanded all of our naturalization terms to mean “natural born Citizen,” using naturalization amendments, cases and statues to do it. In so doing, they are eliminating the true meaning and purpose of the Article II natural born Citizen requirement from our Constitution without having to endure the cumbersome process of actually amending the Constitutional legally.

And, what was once a long fought leftist battle to eliminate all Constitutional foundations for sovereign government by a sovereign nation and of its sovereign citizens, has now been joined by Republicans like Ted Cruz, Marco Rubio and Bobby Jindal, none of whom are actually eligible for the Oval Office, and all of whom know it.

Only days later, on the heels of the Harvard opinion piece, Sen. Ted Cruz stood among 12,000 Liberty University students forced to attend the event, and announced he was running for the office of President.

If you ask the average American citizen what natural born Citizen is, they do not know. Even many, who think they know, do not know. Since Barack Obama, numerous definitions based on numerous political agendas have been floated, making what was once a very common simple term too ambiguous to enforce.

The people have allowed the lawyers to amend the Constitution by simply publishing a legal opinion. 

And today, we are witnessing the death of the American Presidency... from this point forward, any person born anywhere on earth to any foreign Father or Mother can be president of the United States in direct violation of the U.S. Constitution. 

The only documentation Obama ever proffered was a forged COLB (Certification of Live Birth, not birth certificate) from Hawaii, which Hawaii prints off and hands out like bingo cards at a Saturday night church social... and the only documentation Ted Cruz has proffered is proof that he was born a Canadian citizen at birth and remained such until May 14, 2014... on this basis, Harvard Law experts say both can be president...

Now, what does natural born Citizen really mean and why did our Founder’s choose that term in an overt effort to prevent people like Barack Obama, Ted Cruz, Marco Rubio, Vladimir Putin and bin Laden’s son from ever gaining access to the Oval Office?

The answer is found in the Founders statements identifying the source of the term, Vattel’s international treatise on Natural Law, The Law of Nations, book 1 – Chapter XIX. Every American can easily find it, read it, understand it and know it. There is nothing at all ambiguous about it... unless you let your political agenda drive your facts.

The true definition of the natural born Citizen requirement for the Oval Office as described throughout the entirety of Chapter XIX can be summed up in this section from 212...

“As the society cannot exist and perpetuate itself otherwise than by the children of the citizens, those children naturally follow the condition of their fathers, and succeed to all their rights. The society is supposed to desire this, in consequence of what it owes to its own preservation; and it is presumed, as matter of course, that each citizen, on entering into society, reserves to his children the right of becoming members of it. The country of the fathers is therefore that of the children; and these become true citizens merely by their tacit consent. We shall soon see whether, on their coming to the years of discretion, they may renounce their right, and what they owe to the society in which they were born. I say, that, in order to be of the country, it is necessary that a person be born of a father who is a citizen; for, if he is born there of a foreigner, it will be only the place of his birth, and not his country.”

Barack Obama’s Father was never a U.S. Citizen. Ted Cruz’s Father was never a U.S. citizen either, until he naturalized 35 years after Ted’s birth. Ted remained a legal citizen of Canada until he renounced his Canadian citizenship on May 14, 2014. Without any U.S. documents, Ted is now a man without a country, according to any authentic documentation. Is Ted Cruz just an “illegal alien” holding a U.S. Senate seat and running for President?

Nothing pertaining to naturalization pertains to natural born, nothing. Naturalization is the process by which an alien (non-citizen) becomes an American citizen.

Natural born Citizenship is a Natural Law term describing a condition that either exists or does not exist at the moment of birth. There is nothing anyone can do to become a natural born Citizen, once they were not born a natural born Citizen. Lies offered by Ivy League lawyers to the contrary are offered with the explicit intent to alter the Founder’s intent, and once again, they know it... It is a Common Law practice they all learned in law school. Common Law is the legal British practice of openly subverting Constitutional Law.

So, people with no U.S. documentation, “undocumented citizens” according to Ivy League lawyers, are “natural born Citizens” and average citizens must rely upon Ivy League Law experts (or judges, political appointees) to help Americans figure out what the true meaning of “is” is... a term the average American is not intelligent enough to figure out for themselves. This is not a new tactic, Hitler did it with the help of Goebbels, Marx did it, Castro did it, Stalin and Lenin did it, even Hugo Chavez did it...

If allowed to succeed, again, the American people will have participated in the end of the American Presidency. Their silence will be their consent...

That is the worst part of this entire saga in the demise of the United States... The people put their politics ahead of their Constitution and as a result, they are about to let it all slip away, their freedom and liberty, all of it.

The mission to globalize the United States is only possible once it is no longer a requirement that only a True American, a natural born Citizen, can hold the office of Commander-in-Chief. The people appear willing to accept this now.
